Start with some brm. You don't have enough bankroll to play any of those games, which might be why you spew too much. Drop down to 5nl or 10nl max, and play a smart, aggressive game.

Ok gotcha, sorry about that. I've had a similar poker history...build up decent roll, tilt away, mix of cash, mtts etc. Im currently rebuilding and I started at 10nl with about $400. Now up to 25nl. Id recommend doing the same. Games are pretty easy if you stay focused, put in the volume, and don't tilt. Let us know what you decide... I play on absolute poker but im not sure if the site matters much.

stop mixing. Or atleast try to avoid mixing so darn much.

To beat any game, I would assume it makes it alot harder to go +/100BB while also trying to play/win mtt's, plo, cap games, etc.

Someone else said it, but bankroll management of course. You said you had a 1k bankroll, but then stated you lost about $300 in tournies yesterday.

As you were going down were you lowering your average buy-in? or trying to make your money back? big difference that I can never seem to see until its too late and I have to spend a few weeks grinding back what I lost in a day.

big low stake mtts mostly some 24 dollar ones as well i actually played in the multi hundo turbo yesterday due to tilt and ended up min cashing obv but i knocked out ike lol.. i think the reason i keep switching the game types is im trying to make as much money the fastest so when i switch and have success and then dont i switch to another i obv just need to adjust to the variance and stop being such a degen although i kno for a fact i have gotten much better with tilting yesterday was the first time in a long time i tilted bad and did dumb stuff
