Sick results, congrats! Your SNG graph is so solid, I have never played sngs but I always thought it was a regfest and people basically broke even due to rake and just got their profit from rakeback.

Internet poker still hasn't quite forced my hand (to retire), but getting closer and closer. This will almost certainly be my last year full time.

Not sure how much 5k 100bb zoom I'll be playing, prob some depending on the line up (def not 10k, no thanks). I've not really battled much at the tough 5k games lately. Maybe it sounds kinda silly to say that I still think I have an edge vs some of the top guys atm when I'm not playing them everyday. But it just seems kinda dumb. 95% of my aciton comes from hypers and also CAP. With my action options I can pass on some small edges at a large/volatile game. People will also prob quit pretty quickly and if you lose there's no getting it back, such little fish to supplement. I will however be playing the 2k and 5k CAP zoom daily, we'll see who comes for it there.

For example, and I have no idea what the action % was, the Kanu/educa/truteller/willy games last month where kanu lost 700k. Like I bet he was almost def a favorite in these games. But super easy to runbad and lose a ****load and guess what--that $ aint coming back. Pretty likely he won't recover that grinding the rest of the year. I'd guess the % he had was on the high side considering it doesn't seem like a particular awesome spot to buy a bunch of % in. I think it's just a really bad decision to play that game with the current environment.

So I started bouldering around xmas. I've been going about 2-4x a week depending on hand/skin situation. Took a while at first to build up come calluses and tougher skin but they've gotten there. Except when you tear a callus that sucks. Bouldering is awesome it's a great workout and it's very game-y. As a poker player I love the problem solving aspect.

I sent 2 hard v4's today. And the scale at the gym I go to in TO is known for being tougher scale wise. I would say these would be V5-6 at the gym in Chattanooga. Based on my (limited) knowledge of scales I'd say I'm prob a solid V4'er low V5'er atm. My finger/hand strength has hit another level in the past week or so which has helped a lot with the smaller holds on the tougher problems. I've been surprised at the quick progression but I think it's a good matchup for my body type and I'd been doing pullups etc for a while before so it fit well. Climbing overhangs def helped speed up the progression for when you go do problems on vertical walls. I think about boulder problems while falling asleep instead of poker hands, guess I've gotten pretty obsessed. Standard me. I needed something else to spend my time thinking about, when poker's all you are and you run bad it can take quite a toll.

Poker is going aight this year, grinding hard to pay the tax man. The war's at 1ks have settled a bit, some guys that have been shot taking the 1ks for 6mo+ got in--they really earned it, it was a sick battle, so congrats to them. Not going to try to predict my EV this year, it depends a lot on how much battling there is at hypers. I wish PS would lower the rake there.

Do you go to hub? Def the best bouldering gym in Toronto imo.
