Also, in general, I think you should 3bet a little bigger preflop, I like to go about 3x in position and 4x out of the blinds. I'll also add 1x for callers. So if the CO raises to .15, the BTN calls and you are 3betting from the blinds, I'd go to .75. Without the BTN call, I'd go to .60. In position (with no callers) I'd go to .45.

Some of your bet sizing post flop is too small too. There was a hand you 3b to .45 and I think your cbet was like .50. Make that a little bigger IMO.

Thanks for the feedback, I will definitely make the betting size adjustments.

I have taken a few days off lately and I've just been kicking it without thinking about poker, haha it's funny when you log back on and the same things continue to happen I'll just use it as motivation.
