Update on Doc.
Director called today.
First off, I hv no idea what to expect on this.

•Looking like January will be finished product.
•They hv had few meetings w hbo and was told hbo wants to view it first and make first offer.
•some other **** (he wants to set up) that is so unreal that I can’t share until it’s a definite. U wdnt believe me if I said, so don’t wanna mention until it’s for sure.
•wants to do a final shoot here soon.
•he wants some poker in there, but got denied from new poker room manager on them filming.
•Some business talk that is supposed to be hush.

Being as #fulltransparency as possible, but since this film isn’t out yet, been advised can’t say too much. Close friends and family know some other details related to the film, but can’t be throwing it on the www. It hurts because this isn’t my style itt.

*broke a 3 game losing streak w a small confidence win of +$161 on 2 hours.

$50k was only about 20% away from when you initially posted. With crypto volatility that move can happen within a day or two. Whereas when was the last time Gold had such a significant move? Gold has somewhat lost its 'haven' status in recent times and despite inflationary concerns / default risk it has not appreciated in value.

With inflation and time, Gold will inevitably go above $2k and sustain it if history is anything to go by but not sure i'd want to park my money there.

Finally made it mom! Got to the point where I don’t hv to worry bout the wins or losses (at these stakes). Poker has never been more fun than it is now. Pulling the trigger on some of these bluffs goes off so easily nowadays.

I consider myself a recreational pro. Basically, I just hv to maintain AND mana has to maintain.
My desire to play bigger lately is fueling my competition juices. Maybe I just keep those juices boiling until Lodge 10/25 game. So far we hv made $3k this year in the pokers. We started just a few weeks ago. Planning on using everything we make this year in pokerz and sit w that amount in the Dec live stream game.
2/5 games are as big as it gets here at Caesar southern Indiana. Quite ecstatic that 2/5 runs bout everyday now. Cdnt b happier bout that. It’s like it’s 2003-2007 again w 2/5 running everyday.
*The limits are $200-$1k buy, buy-n for half the big stack, straddle any amount from any position (minus blinds). It’s rare, but from time to time, u may hv a whale sit down straddling $100. Once every couple weeks u may hv some degens sit and straddle $15-$25. For the most part it’s 2/5 w occasional (every 3rd hand on avg) $10-$15 straddle.

Coaching baseball and softball ended, so outside of other family obligations; it’s exercise and poker.

The fact that you crush so hard on the day games is really impressive. The friday/saturday/sunday line-up is so much different, especially from Friday 8 pm - Sunday 5 pm.

Not sure what happened during Covid, but we went from never getting a 2/5 game pre Covid. To getting a 2/5 game just bout every day w lots of new faces. These new faces are turning into everyday regulars. Where’d these people come from?

It has been great. Finally got the hourly to what I feel it shd be. Realize the sample size is small this year, but from past yearly data I feel we are bout where we need to be.
Trying to stay above the $50+/hr mark which after today we $50.10 on our first 85 hours.

One last thing I wanna share. I hv purposely stayed away from 1/2 since returning last month. Although those games can be great, I wanna prepare myself for bigger games. My focus is on the 10/25 game coming up and I need to put myself is practice mode of bigger pots.
All 19 sessions I hv played this years hv been 2/5.

We gonna put it on the line in December. My hourly cd go $50ish to $0 in 1 sesh for 2021.
Never had a losing year, so maybe we keep back $100 lolz

maybe they picked up online poker as a hobby during lockdown. the online games have been good during covid!

BS, I’m strictly a weekend night player so we aren’t likely to see each other, but pre-covid I was mainly a 1/2 player and all 3 of my 2021 sessions have been 2/5. I’ve played 2/5 before but the tables this year do feel softer (lolsamplesize).

I can’t help answer the question why there are more 2/5 running, but I will say I’m more likely to play 2/5 if there are multiple 2/5 tables or other big games to thin out the solid regs.

I've played with him a lot at $1/2 but he never really impressed me, just seemed to play tight. Noticed him sitting 2/5 last time I was there.

He is tight aggressive.

I don’t think he reads this, so I wdnt want to gv the layers advice that I play w, but he needs to open up a bit more.

Interview with Vlad would be amazing for you and the doc. If you plan your questions well it could show you in a great light though unfortunately he'll most likely just come with cookie cut responses but that didn't exactly go well for him during the hearings.
