I want more of a roll in the market so I maximize my returns.
I wdnt b doing anything of this if I didn’t think I had an edge. Trust me, this money is very important to me. I do my best to stay even keel during these swings and cycles.

I am constantly watching and trying to make the best moves to grow my wallet.

Left the poker room this morning. Action dead and I cdnt take it any more.

Sold off TVRN and MGNa today after doubling down on both of them to a lower avg. All for a couple hundred profit.

For now, it’s NIO only. Nothing has changed, same $90k equity position.
All of it has been carried through to tomorrow’s premarket er. No going back now.
NIO has a nice 3% gain today and 1.5% more after market. Seems that many others want in pre er to.

Should b a gd sweat for tomorrow morning.

he can be both a stock fish and up in a year

there's a ton of variance in button clicking, especially if you're trying to punt your whole networth

I ran up a $2K Ameritrade account to $50K in 18 months back in early 2000s by mostly throwing darts at a board.

In the long run, it turned out I was not a second coming of Warren Buffett after all.

Half the posters here have no clue about investing.... everyone made a killing in the dot.com boom in the late 90's. Then everyone lost it all.

Who was old enough to actually be trading then?

As I said, Ray will hit some singles, a few good 1k or 2k scores but if he gets caught..watch out.

Look at Facebook stock. Dropped from a high of $200 to $150 in a matter of 1-2 days. Can he take a 25%-30% hit on margin? That would be a 20k loss...well..

Truck Update

We all know the mission is a new ev. It’s gotta b the next big purchase for us. Just not sure if this truck can hold for another year. As of now, each mile driven feels like a lucky river card.

Truck: 257,000 miles and prob cd use some new ball joints. Driving it is like eating a bowl of rice crispies...Snap, crackles, and pops.

The plan: sell it for a couple grand. Buy a used car for the same amount sold for.
That way we aren’t putting any money into the truck. Hopefully w can find a cheapo car that will run us to our new ev.

Listing it on Marketplace today. It’s a sad day

So this one is for u. Backed up everything on it just now. $72k worth.
Gonna ride it til eod. I see a window of hope. If we get stuck, gonna ride it until we profit.

I was the one who suggested FANG, FB is ok but Amazon is the real mover right now. up 5% today. I hold all of them and AMZN is the big winner this year, close to 100%.

AMZN may get us to Mars before anyone else.
I’m a big fan of the Bezos. The guy isn’t scared to keep pushing the boundaries.
Whether it’s through space exploration or AI. He is always staying out in front of the pack. Visionary and beyond wise entrepreneur.
I’ll buy any stock at any time, if I think I can make money.

A big part of me wants to unload all monies on NIO. Currently have $90k in NIO equity, $50k is mine, rest margin. When I sell FB I’ll have $75k. All of which is margin too. I kind of want to throw that at NIO as well.
Been thinking about it for a few days. Had a gd chance at 6.14/share today, but wasn’t sure if I wanted to.
Gonna continue to ponder this $165K All-In.

I’m looking to get out in a year or so. I think NIO will yield more in that time.

Nio is not just selling ev cars, they are selling a whole lifestyle and a cutting edge image. I want to be all over that. They even hired a fashion icon, Hussein Chalayan, for goodness sakes. They know how to make this company an elite brand.
A big part of me wouldn’t mind if it drop under 6, so I can double up my stake. That’s kind of why I wasn’t too worried about ER. Gd positions either way.
