No, it's the rule there. I was at a table that broke Thursday and clarified the rule with the floor.

I was going to say, Cbus is my home casino as well and I think the above reference is what they've had me do. I only play 1/2 and I think they've ever made me chip down to $400 or maybe they've let me match the big stack at my new table? I'm break even at best though and rarely run into these issues so don't trust me fully on this haha.

Side note, cool to see this many Cbus guys active on here!

Well damn! That's that then.

The rule where I play is that if you request a table change and move tables, you have to chip down to table max. If your table breaks and are sent to another table, you can bring your entire stack. Rules are rules, if you don't like them then don't play.

Not wanting to derail this thread about casino rules but to take your whole stack to a new table, in Columbus, from a broken table you either have to be below the 400 cap or below the biggest stack on the table.
I'm sure they've made me take off chips more than once to meet this. I thought it was the dumbest rule since most places "require" you to take your full stack.

On an ignorant note, where is a casino in Columbus? Is that the one north of Shelbyville?

Pretty sure he is talking about Hollywood Casino, Columbus Ohio.
Rule seems strange and counter to what I have experienced (i.e. must keep all chips in play)

Yeah I think the rule at Lawrenceburg Hollywood Casino is ridiculous.
Roger’s reasoning: it’s protects the longevity of the game.

I think the rule is ludicrous. It’s set up perfectly for all these players that get scared playing deep. Now they can just move tables and put their chips directly in their pocket.

On another note, #truckLife had a blowout today. Spent a few hours staring at these banana runts at BigO

Same rule at my local cardroom. Not worth getting stressed over.

I wasn’t that stressed. I just questioned the rule without confrontation. He gave me the option to leave, so I took him up on it. I was already a nice winner. No big deal.

Not going to be playing at HSI anytime soon. Serious flooding happening over here...

This is an example of tilting at windmills. Regardless of agreeing with the rule or not, the only one hurt buy your decision is you.

You miss out on the opportunity to make more $, and you hurt yourself with negativity.

That’s fair Zippy. Maybe.
I will say I hv noticed a change in my behavior the last couple of years. Sara thinks it’s the escitalopram medicine I take. I think it’s just who I am.
I hv many flaws, but agree w others here that I need to do better.

U got me thinking @Zippy.
Here’s my takeaway after some deep thoughts and self reflection. I believe I thrive on the self impose attitude of me against the world. Maybe, I want everyone to be against me. Thus, giving me the motivation to prove people wrong.
Just a thought I wanted to share while watching Puppy Dog Pals w Knox. Don’t really care to find an explanation, or validate my behavior w excuses. Deep down, I think I got it figured out on the stuff that really matters. I rather people be against me, than for me...it’s how I’m wired.

Rayz only follows 5 people on Twitter. That alone should show you how smug he is. My fanship of his is slowly declining.

What is the correct number of follows to stay humble?

I've seen other "successful" peeps use this strategy for motivation. Most of them don't really realize what they are doing.
Self imposed false belief that everything is tilted against, motivating a drive to succeed.

Continue to work?

Depends on how you measure success. Can't see it leading to inner peace, contentment and happiness.

Everyone needs to define what "success" means for themself. World would be boring if everyone thought the same way.

Never satisfied. Always want more/better.
I’m close to sitting back and smelling the roses, but not there yet. Still want a Tesla. Still want a backyard tennis court. Still want a 6 fig score. Still want a VW Buzz. Still want a lot of selfish things. I’ve done the prep work by setting the ground work. No debt. No mortgage. Now it’s time to have fun and get these things I want, at my own desired pace.

Few hits off the blunt or one hitter every day or 2. Nowadays, I’d rather do it alone or w my close bearded buddies. I’ve always thought the head change released a creative outlet and a more open mind that I enjoy.

Don’t like doing it in public anymore, or in crowds, or while playing poker, or w other randoms

Rayz - you talk to Dale lately? (Hello7027) I haven't seen him around the YT scene lately, I saw his last vlog about 4 months ago, where he said he had been busy and would eventually put out more material, it's been a while. Miss his stuff, seemed like a real down to earth guy.

Last I saw him in person was Vlogger’s Game. We stay in the loop via text.
He hasn’t been playing much poker, so doubtful if he will put out poker vlog anytime soon.

Didn’t have time for the pokerz today. I tackled a drone job that I received from a realtor last week. Must say, pretty cool to pack up your drone and go to work.
Spent 2 batteries long at the property and got a lot of quality shots.
After the kiddos went to bed, I partaked in a glass of wine n herb, and got to editing the footage.

If interested in seeing the final product, u can here:
