I was a little worried about my chips at PNC since they were talking about it during my eviction. They brought it up and it was frowned upon. So after me being escorted out, I went straight to my box to get them all out. This was done before they got any more ideas to punish me.

I haven't been a fan of your attitude the last 2 or 3 months, but you've gotta appeal the ban. Their reasoning seems so minute that surely it would have to be overturned? I'd also think any good publicity a small casino like Horseshoe Southern Indiana gets would be a good thing. I'm sure that casino was built in hopes to attract those from Kentucky and Ohio, where gaming was illegal. It isn't anymore in Ohio, and I'm sure that property has to be feeling the crunch.

Or, talk with the Indiana gaming commission and set something up where you will get to cash out your chips. They can't deny you all of your money, but I'm sure it has to be you who cashes out those $5k chips.

I hear where u coming from, but the security team is only worried about protecting HSI, not advertising. As much as I agree w u, my hands r tied in this matter.

I received a call from them today, and they are considering my appeal. They did say, if I was to be reinstated NO MORE VIDEO ON PROPERTY. I think it's crazy that others can film outside of casino, but now I wouldn't be able to. That means, once on property, no filming what so ever. Not on deck, not on roof, not in parking garage, not hotel, nowhere on their property. No drones either. This is absurd, but what recourse do I hv? I just wd hv to abide.

Hopefully we get back sometime this year. The place annoys me so much, I'm getting to the point I cd care less. I may just #pokertour it up.

What makes me more pissed than anything is not being able to complete the one thing I set out to do this year. #40kChallenge

what can I say, I'm human, I gonna defend my actions where I think I'm right, and gonna speak up where I feel it's warranted. On the flip, I own up when I'm at fault, and take responsibility for all my actions. I can see where my sometimes brash persona may rub people the wrong way; but I'm just being me.

If my appeal gets approved, I wd not b able to do any chip pics at all. Which makes for a NOT #transparnet thread/vlog. As far as the current chips, still working on that.

The only issue I see with this logic is you were banned from ALL Harrah's properties, including WSOP and Circuit, if I'm not mistaken. It is one thing to take in the travel expenses to go to other cities but if you can't even take advantage of finding the best games because all Harrahs properties are out...that's another problem. I would appeal just for those facts and the fact you currently have your family living in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. I enjoy this site and your Vlogs but if it were me, I would agree to not take pics just to help provide for my family. Rules change all of the time...who knows what they will say in another couple of years.

I think they'll end up letting you back in(sending good vibes your way) and it sucks you cant film anything there for your vlog but the main thing for you is to be able to play and make money and take care of your kids. I disagree with them banning you but you also kinda pushed the envelope with them cuz weren't you warned in the past by them before? Wasnt wise to continue doing so for many reasons, 1 of them being there are tons of haters on here and in life and wouldn't put it past someone outing you for various reasons. What's done is done, GL goin forward!

Can't you "give" chips to whoever you want? Then that person can "give" you cash because they like you? There can't be anything illegal with that

Sometime last year i was warned. I posted about here during that time. I thought it was someone in the poker room outting me for some reason.
Now i just find it strange that security personnel has been investigating ever since. Either way, u r correct, it was me pushing the envelope, and a tiny bit of my anti-authority rebellion. All said, i never argued their position and took full responsibility. Now paying the consequences. life goes on

How about depositing the money in a bank account (other than working capital)? There's only one reason for a $1/$2 player to keep $25k in chips in a safe deposit box rather than in a bank account: not wanting to create a paper trail in order to make tax evasion easier.
