My coaching partner (and arch rival!) benjamin barker and I are running a NLHE challenge against each other. The goal is to start at nl10 and build up a bankroll for nl100, and it's a race measured strictly in time. We both generally play nl100-nl200 as our normal online games.
We are doing this challenge for a few reasons:
1) To build up a bankroll on a new network.
2) Because it's fun!
3) To stay in touch with the climate of microstakes NLHE so that we can more effictively coach our students at these limits.
4) For ultimate bragging rights!
We are always trying to find fun ways to both motivate and instruct our students, and this is what we came up with. It got a lot of interest right away, so we thought we would create a thread here to document our challenge and also give people something fun to sweat. We will also be releasing some videos of our play as well as we rise through the ranks!

Goal:
Reach 100nl before the other coach does!
Rules:
- Each participant will play on Everleaf Network, to ensure the same game conditions and rakeback %.
- Each participant must start at 10nl.
- Participants can move up to 20nl when they have made $250 in profit at 10nl.
- Participants can move up to 50nl when they have made $500 in profit at 20nl. ($750 total)
- Participants can move up to 100nl when they have made $1000 in profit at 50nl. ($1750 total)
- USD and Euro tables will be considered the same stake (ie winning at 10nl USD and 10 euro tables both count towards the $250 10nl goal).
- Rakeback will be included in total profit.
- Only NLHE will count. HU, 4max, 6max and FR are all acceptable.
Prize:
The losing coach will publicly declare, in a video to be posted here and/or BBV, that the winning coach to be superior in all things poker related.

Good luck, benjamin barker - you're gonna need it!
Hopefully I will get some time this weekend to put in some more volume as I have to do this in addition to my normal volume. Rostucko is better than stuck imo.
