Sleep discussion is very similar to food/diet discussions. In the end, there is no one solution for all, we are individuals. As said, some need only 5-6h per night and some like me, need 8h. It is total nonsense to advice people to sleep less. Even if they would get 1-2h more time to their lives the decreased productivity might fully cancel the gained hours. Not to mention mental health for feeling miserably.
