Should we add 'bonus' winnings to bankroll?

I play live cash games and tournaments.
I track my progress on an android app on my phone
Every pot over about $20 is raked an extra $1 for the high hand jackpot.
Now, over the last year I have benefited from various 'bonus' wins.
I have hit a straight flush for a $250 bonus taken from the high hand jackpot
I have had a share of the jackpot when another player hit the Royal Flush.
I don't count these 'bonuses' in my results as I fear they will distort my win rate.
But I have contributed to the high hand jackpot over the last year by playing cash for over 500 hours, so my win rate is artificially low because I had extra rake from my won pots. But if I include the 'bonuses' then my win rate will be artificially high.
What do others do?

If u are looking to move up the stakes then you should add the bonus. But if u are fine playing these stakes/earning the money u get by playing these games then take it out of your bankroll.

I think when you are counting how much profit you make, you should count in any bonuses or rakeback that you have earned. But when you are counting bb/100, do not include bonuses. IMO bb/100 should tell you how well you are doing at the tables and adding bonuses and rakeback will give you too high bb/100.
