Finally settled in the new place. Here's a few pictures to hold you guys over. Will post my set up once it's actually set up, been grinding on my 3 year old laptop for ages but there's a few spare monitors laying in the house and I'm going to make use of them .

There's also this thing that system that can play all the SNES-Gamecube games in the living room and I'm excited to grind some #SMASH. Hopefully there's a few N64 Smashers out here.

The grind has been decent. Some of the lineups are tough, some are...less tough? Battling all the regs nonetheless. I think my game is also improving, which is cool.

past week has been a bluff, been out a bit and felt pretty lethargic/hungover after. played the mario kart drinking game and got absolutely smashed a day or two ago. rules of the game are as follows:

1. have to finish 1 beer per race
2. no drinking and driving
3. if you don't finish your beer, you have to take a penalty shot
4. if you finish 12th, you take a penalty shot as well

and then you can prop/bet as the night goes on ect.

let's be honest, I'm not a huge guy and I'm asian. pounding beers and shots in a short period of time didn't go well. but yeah it was really fun.

I'm not really sure to be honest, I think the Porsche value is better than buying the bonus's but they won't give you that value in cash. I don't really want to check how much it's worth either, saving it for a rainy day .

My housemate emailed them once about it (since Porsches cost more in the EU) about getting it and they said they would give him the rate at which they convert fpps to cover the full price of it. I don't think I worded that well. oh well.

Well it might be the end of an era. I think I'll have to switch to HEM2 because they stopped supporting HEM1 a while ago and a stars update makes it so my HUD doesn't work in zoom. It's going to take me a while to adjust to it, which is going to hurt the grind. RIP HEM1, you have served me well.

Grind has been going alright, putting in good volume. Also the 1k line-ups this month have been relatively soft. That said the past 2 days I've been running pretty bad and playing so-so. Cutting down on tables has a huge affect on my winrate. Graph starts with last night's grind where I get mashed and then today's grind where I put in some mashing. Pretty much the best graph you can ever hope to get. Anti-mountain/valleying.

Might possibly be swimming with whale sharks with the d7 on Friday. Need to decide if I want to do it. It's definitely an experience but I have to wake up early and I've been a tad bit scared of the deep ocean ever since the spearfishing incident.
