My name is Mihail, i'm 24 years old and i'm from Russia. I started to play poker 4 years ago with 50$ bankroll. I played about 2 years 6-max cash and after i beat nl50 i realized that 6-max is become too boring for me and in heads up games i can win more money. So, i started to play HU nl50. nl50 was easy to beat for me but when i tried to play nl100 my results was very bad. I tried to move up to nl100 at least 5 times. Then my friend agreed to help me and i started to beat nl100. Right now i'm a winning player at nl100 and breakeven at nl200.

Few days ago i joined to coaching for profit of BPC. My main goal is to win 60k euro.

Last week was normal. I started select game and concentrate more to play with fish. Also started meditate for 10 minutes before every session. I think it’s very helpful and important to do.

I don’t know how some players play more than 2 tables heads up against different opponents. I loose concentration and start play without thinking when i do this. As a result happens this :

Sometimes I start think that my opponents knows that I fold to raises much and start bluffing me. Maybe it’s just a variance and I should be patience and wait a good moment…

I started to sleep 9 ours a day !!! It’s a big progress for me after sleeping 10-11 ours a day last 7 years. And I create normal sleeping time (at 23:40 I go to bed and at 9:00 I wake up). Alarm helps

I played mostly nl200 and again almost breakeven result… Won a little bit.

Right now I think my main problem is that 95% of time I play standard lines against everybody. And adjust too slow. Sometimes I even know that if I saw opponent doing “this” I should adapt like “this” but continue doing standard lines.. Usually this happens when I’m tired or when I play more than 2 tables.. And so many situations where I don’t know when I should stop playing standard game and start to change my lines..

So few action at nl200 tables… Start play nl100 and nl50 also. Let’s see what happens..

Year ago I can’t imagine that this will be an easy fold for me. When I played this hand I don’t even think about this fold (like snap fold). Maybe it’s too tight?? :

What should I do with draws when I raise or check / raise flop ; get called and my opp has only one pot size bet left or even less? Sometimes I think I don’t have much fold equity here and should give up..
