I can't speak for others, but last year I made 8 figs. I achieved this by sleeping 3,5 hours a night. Wish someone would have told me that, when I was 21.

I seriously doubt many people who (for real) make that sort of money, however, wherever they make it, spend much of their day wasting time on social media of any sort (unless social media drives their income) let alone a thread/blog like this.

And lets be honest hey, posting here is low grade entertainment right...I mean every minute here is pretty much a minute of our lives wasted...for all of us.

I'm not hating, if anything I respect you for making a go of it at chess coaching, I think some are underestimating how good you need to be to get to that level. What I'm curious about is where this 500k number comes from and why you think you know what people who make this think.

I was trying to point out to 6bet that a lot of the “haters” (realists) aren’t exactly balling out if they have the time to attack him perpetually. On my end, it’s a little different since I’m in the top 1-2% of my field and people are STILL attacking me.

But back to the point.. I was just trying to point out to 6bet’s #1 fan that there is a difference between six figures and mid six figures.

I don’t know what people who make this think per say, but I’ve worked with multiple people who make more than that annually fwiw.

As I stated earlier, some of these guys are just jealous that $65-85k usd at 21 would be a wet dream. It’s whatever.
