Bankroll is at $1200
btw, posted the video for my friend, the link is here

Just mute the sound, my mic didn't work and I don't know how to remove sound from youtube videos lol, so it's a mix of what I liistened at the time I was recording + paused with a busto mic lol.
This strat is very weak and sub-optimal ofc, but I made it to my friend follow it as a basis, since he is suffering a ton from tilt and wasn't playing for 1-2 years. So I made a strat where he would make money from NL16 people(they're too stationy), with low variance and low margin for making tilted plays, since he will basically play as a 18/13 with a 2% 3-bet.
This strat is just to serve him as a basis and trying to get him back on track, so as soon as he starts getting more confidence, he should loosen up and try to widen his ranges a little bit more. What do you guys think?
But the key of this strat isn't the tight ranges only, it was the post-flop aggression, it's better for my friend to be aggressive with good hands like KTs post-flop than Q3s, I made a ton of semi-bluffs and gave up on almost all of them OTR. Also with a tigher range, it's ok to be more aggressive post-flop, so I think my friend will get more used to playing aggressively and thin valuebetting well. Sadly I didn't have any hero fold in the session, which is very important in those stakes.
If you have any suggestions to make, I'm open to them, please no "watch tons of RIO vids, improve, copy them, gg", the guy just came back to poker, he will just spew harder by watching RIO videos and make tons of bad calls vs people who don't bluff. I think he needs just to stop spewing and getting some confidence before he can benefit from watching RIO and those Sudo-gto strats.
BTW, look at the hand I found in my database, from 2013 times haha, guy had a (1/227) 3-bet LOL. I have 10 missclicks, but it wasn't one of them, I remember this hand haha.
