I would think it’s good for you if you’re only playing two tables to begin with. If it causes people to drop tables it’ll improve the reg to rec ratio.
Ignition zone gives 15 seconds with no extra timebank.
Someone said I was one of the best 50z regs already in his opinion. There's no doubt I'm at least solid, specially given I've always been very transparent with my game/results here.
Ended up finding it on google, but didn't find the nvg thread yet, maybe the discussion was inside a random thread. Timing got reduced a lot and probably everyone will have trouble 4-tabling.
Stars is making it hard for all grinders out there, atm their biggest advantages over other sites is how easy it is to put volume, software and not being anonymous poker (I hate it, I feel it benefits bad regs a lot and it's a format with less skill involved).
Easy now tiger! It means you have to actually win to be one of the best. Not 2 dollars here and there over x amount months. Its 50z not 5K no excuses for this slow prosess. So obv not one of the best. Maybe one of the best being a nit, but you dont win either so its flat forward.
Also there is no such thing AS best micro reg. Solid u move up bc u made cash.
Calm down! Before we played 8 turbo tables with 7sec timebank...
THATS the reason you'd quit stars? Shortening the time bank by a few seconds? Not the 1% rakeback? Christ.
Good playing experience/volume were the last areas that stars was better than their competitors, now it's pretty much gone.

Yeah, it makes sense, maybe those changes will help me because I'm a 2 tabler. But even while 2-tabling I'm timing out a lot and when intermet is bad (which is quite often in brazil) I can't put volume, at least before the changes I could play with lag spikes until they ended, now if it starts lagging I have to quit and wait until the internet goes back to normal.

Sounds like you were making the experience for everyone else much worse. Constantly timing out and timebanking lol.

You shouldn't really listen to people who have a vested interest in something. If he's a 50 zoom reg himself, he's probably saying that because he wants to keep you in the game (guess why). He might be telling the truth, but I'd be cautious of listening to his opinion if he plays in the same games as you and happily wants to play vs you.

1% rakeback and tougher games. All because their software is slightly better.
fold, fold, CO calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, CO calls 3 BB
Flop:(9.5 BB, 2 players) Q 7 7
CO checks, Hero bets 2.34 BB, CO calls 2.34 BB
Turn:(14.18 BB, 2 players) 8
CO checks, Hero bets 7 BB, CO calls 7 BB
River:(28.18 BB, 2 players) 6
CO bets 13.4 BB, fold
CO wins 26.78 BB
H6: RFI wasn't that nitty and I'm pretty sure people cc AK, I used to do it a lot, but I don't like folding AQs vs that since he could be jamming lots of pairs and even AQo, never a fold, right? I checked my PT4 notes to see if he had cc AK pre once and he wasn't in my sample
UTG raises to 2.58 BB, MP calls 2.58 BB, fold, fold, SB calls 2.08 BB, Hero raises to 14 BB, fold, MP raises to 175.46 BB and is all-in, fold, Hero calls 108.28 BB and is all-in
Flop:(249.72 BB, 2 players) 3 8 8
Turn:(249.72 BB, 2 players) 6
River:(249.72 BB, 2 players) 8
Spoiler:
Hero shows Q A (Three of a Kind, Eights)
(Pre 30%, Flop 20%, Turn 14%) MP shows K A (Three of a Kind, Eights)
(Pre 70%, Flop 80%, Turn 86%) MP wins 245.72 BB
H7: my 3-bet pre is very loose, but villain was a reg that was opening 9/10(btn) and 9/10(sb), he was folding 70% to 3-bets pre and very low 4-bet, so went for the air 3-bet vs that. OTR is vaaaaaaamo! Finland taught me these calls can be good!
River:(27.66 BB, 2 players) K Hero bets 19.72 BB, BTN raises to 93.58 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 68.18 BB and is all-in
Spoiler:
BTN shows A 3 (Two Pair, Threes and Twos)
(Pre 64%, Flop 48%, Turn 68%) Hero shows 4 K (Two Pair, Kings and Twos)
(Pre 36%, Flop 52%, Turn 32%) Hero wins 199.46 BB
H8: that's a spot that is very underbluffed by villain and by me too, I've raised people like crazy for value in these spots and few people called me down, it's so easy for us to always valuebet T4 in there and just not turn those small pairs into bluffs
pio folds AsAx there when it's played this way to the river
I dislike the As blocker, I think that AA without spades is way stronger because most of villain's flushes will probably just bet the flop, but a lot of his backdoor flush draws will check back the flop and bluff a lot OTT/OTR.
But as jose said, it's very easy for villain to overbluff in there, people love putting pressure on 4-to straight boards and even the biggest nits will turn into whales, specially since they're not brave enough to valuebet thin but will always bluff
Btw, my AQs call vs the backraise was horrible 120bb deep, 100bb it's marginal/fine, but the deeper it gets, worsw my odds become and I think it's fine to let it go and defend JJ+/AK+
So bad I couldn't see I was 120bb deep during the hand
think mirage needs to spot rapid a couple bb due to difference of stars/ignition. Think smt like 100k hands, loser pays 1.5x the difference in adjusted w/r.
H2: i think it ifine, nh
H3 + H4: what is your idea when these people pot betting? u said 3 month ago you just fold flops and i also just see this guys have really strong hands when the bet so big
H5: really weird, i think folding is good. i would like mixing in some xb OTT here just to protect from getting x/r, it is even tough to bet 3 streets here and we can catch a lot of bluffs OTR too.
H9: really hurts this hand is a very good demonstration how ******ed some regs are on nl50
H10: yes, obv is obv

I used to fold vs those pots on H3/H4 because those guys do it for thin value with TP and nitfish always have 2p+, but I think they use that line right after losing a big pot with lots of random hands and end up overbluffing a lot. On H3 the call is more obvious because fish are afraid of flushes so they won't valuebet 2p and all gutshots/OESD missed, so easy call. On H4 it's more annoying but the FD missed ott and just look at his hand: he had K4 otf potting, if he had J4 or a straight draw I think he would keep bluffing given he was snap potting all streets. Also I block his strongest 2p combos which are more likely to valuebet, I didn't think he would valuebet K4 like that.
That's an approach I'm loving: vs these bingo players I just give them 0 credit and call whenever I feel they are FOS. On specific runnouts where I think most of their bluffs got there I'm folding ofc and always folding vs nitfish. Also I'm trying to exploit mergy bets by going very thin with value raises and obv folding everything vs minraises haha (I easily lost 10 bi at 200z by not folding to minraises in 3bp ott, so learned the hard way lol).

It's bad for 100bb, not marginal. The back shove is almost always a big pocket pair or AK.
Marginal is kind of a code word that many people use to justify losing plays. Don't be one of those people.
Played well today with like 1-2 bad plays, internet was bad again in the end of the session which made me quit, so annoying. Roll is at $3.6k, I'm somewhat afraid of playing 100z again because every time I go there I lose a lot.
MP shows K K (Two Pair, Kings and Nines)
(Pre 80%, Flop 89%, Turn 95%) Hero mucks 7 7 (Two Pair, Nines and Sevens)
(Pre 20%, Flop 11%, Turn 5%) MP wins 58.42 BB
H2: good call? He snap donked the river, which was weird, I decided to call because I held the A, which is a very strong bluffcatcher because it blocks his 2p
BB shows Q T (Straight, Queen High)
(Pre 27%, Flop 28%, Turn 97%) Hero mucks A T (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 73%, Flop 72%, Turn 3%) BB wins 42.7 BB
H3: vs guy that is always going bananas vs me with his 4-bets, soooo good to win both vs him haha(lost other 2 flips in the session but this one gives me more happy EV haha)
Hero shows 5 5 (Three of a Kind, Fives)
Board #1 (Pre 52%, Flop 96%, Turn 100%)
(Two Pair, Fives and Threes)
Board #2 (Pre 45%, Flop 70%, Turn 85%)
Hero wins 99.5 BB Hero wins 99.5 BB
H4: vs unknown that was very likely a reg, so since I had very few hands on him, I decided to play as a fish and go for the super underbluffed snap minraise OTR to own his thin valuebets. Not sure if this is any good, but I like the logic behind this and my sizing is good in theory, we want to be min-raising here anyways
H5: vs reg that was tagged as a whale, he was very passive OTR, I don't know what made me mark him as that, good fold? I feel like since he is repping 2p+, weaker Ax will be better calls than AJ/AT/AK(unless he is overbetting AK too, which is a good play imo).
H6: vs whale, good fold? I feel like even for a whale it's hard to ignore his sizing OTT and then OTR, also the 5 gives a pair to his most obvious bluffs(65), which I think he will check back mostly. Maybe I'm wrong and this guy goes crazy with any2 in there too, folded mostly because of the sizing scheme which looked like a FD that got there
H8: vs station nit reg, so annoying to have to fold this, meh. I don't think he would bluff a in that spot ever, maybe valuebet 44, but I don't think he is too bad to the point of jamming 44 in there
River:(9 BB, 3 players) 9 Hero bets 2.22 BB, BB raises to 9 BB, fold, Hero raises to 35.56 BB, BB raises to 163.56 BB and is all-in, fold
BB wins 76.12 BB
H9: bad hand of the day, I had a low sample on villain but he was looking quite aggressive, like an aggro whale. I thought that if he were barreling some random garbage OTT and were folding that my bluff could be good.
H10: jam or call? He snap min-raised, if he checks back his SDs and pairs OTT, then he hahs more JJ+ than 2p that call me, specially with offsuit combos in there. If he folds 2p then it's a disaster to jam here too, but I don't think that guy would do much folding.

I chuckled when I saw the hand cuz I didn't read the intro to it but that makes much more sense.
I like the 66 fold. I'm still a full ring nit at heart. He's going to have A9 a bunch.
