i want to learn poker and i'll try to track my progress here, as and if it happens.
i've deposited 100 $ at 888 poker with get it free offer from hm2, by now i've collected required points and got myself hm2 ss version together with tiltbreaker ss version.

i have i full time job, so i dont need money for living and therefore i'll try to put emphasis on learning and not on volume or profit. the goal is to get good, and i mean really good at poker, and then if it shows i can get some extra $$ so be it.

i saw its common thing to make goals, so here are mine:

well i just ended -6,5 BI session. couldnt get any decent hands and made a lot mistakes. when things are going bad i just cant quit, if only tiltbreaker worked for 888.

villain plays 24/10 on 200 hands, with pfr from utg 4,i expected him to show AA or set of 10s here, but since i couldnt get any good hands i was pissed and called





villain is a fish with 58/0 on 30 hands, i thought he would do this with any 10x

Hey buddy,

Welcome to poker tables. It seems you have some leaks that have to fixed to turn you in a winning player. One of them is your sizing, both pre flop as post flop. Maybe you should think about playing FR instead of 6max. The play is a bit more straight forward and this might be a better way to get the basics of poker worked out.

yesterday i played another session before sleep and end up 3 BI up. card distribution was much better but nothing special but i still made few mistakes.

this is so bad, villain plays 22/15/2,5 agg, first to get stacked in limped pot, and against non fish

started really slow at 888, but fortunatelly could turn it around, ended with +20 $ in 1300 hands. should have been more if i didnt made few bad plays, and bad beat. at pp went up for 15 $ in 2300 hands, although hm says i'm down 130 $ in 2800 hands, lol, i must save that graph. problem is in wrong pot size and stack size when player posts dead blind; shows player lost a stack in these hands. waiting for fix from hm support.

my inability to beat micros is quite ridiculous

Micros just need only ABC poker and i belliveme youmake profit.And first of all i read your thread,plz go and learn about bankroll management.You can't play nl10 with 10 buy in dude.
Withdraw all your money and play in 888(But rakeback is Suck's),cash game micro is really soft.
And try to find your leak and fix it.With leakfinder its free for 15 days i think.

thx mate for your thoughts, and i agree with you, i'll try not to play nl10 without at least 200 $. i should play nl2 with 50 $ but i dont want to, if i get down to 30 i'll deposit some more, money's not really an issue.
