I was down to 2.21 in my bovada account and 150$ in my pocket 3 and a half months after I moved to vegas (staying with family for 250$ a month). When I arrived in town in february I had 4k. My plan was to just grind bovada and build up to12-15k then migrate over to the live 200$ tourney scene. Well I couldn't resist temptation and live pokered myself down a little too low. I was shell shocked contemplating going home or maybe just getting some kind of job out here...instead I found a new level of focus. First step was doubling up the first short stacked buyin at the .02/.05 nl in bovada...well I ram pure and left with almost a triple up. I put in a 2 table session of the same stakes and won both of those as well. At this point I started 4 tabling with my short stack and did that for the remainder of day 1 until I had reached 36$. On day 2 I decided I would play 2 full stacks of 5 nl and 2 short stacks of 10nl day 2 ended with us at 146$. Then I decided to enter the 5$ rebuy 3k on bovada.....
