Online Poker for US citizen overseas now...

Hi all,
As the title says, I'm overseas from the US for an extended period of time.
I'm a B&M player and I have never played cash games online-EVER.
My usual game is $2/5 $5/10 and sometimes $10/20 NLHE
Just wondering if the following is true about online poker:
a)the games have become softer now that a large portion of the market is gone
b) from the $0.10/$0.25 up to $1/$2 is 90% professionals/grinders
is this true?
If I were to start playing , what are the blind levels I should play? and is it worth playing online?
I know some of this sounds stupid but any advice/comments would be appreciated
