Day 8

Greetings,
Started my day right, with study session reviewing day 7 hands that were above +10bb. After that went to gym with gf. Everything was going great as I was about to complete the goal I set 3 weeks earlier. But poker gods, my confidence and my C game had different plans. Punted + ran bad first session and was lowest in my confidence during whole blog(I know that losing 5,5 buyins is noting for most people). Took longer break and came back. Still shook, but wanting to regain my confidence. Went well with many nice wins and reasonably played hands.
Work tomorrow, Thursday and Friday. Much needed break from poker after playing for 4 days straight. Gonna reflect, listen to some poker podcast ((any suggestions?(have listened to every mechanics of poker)) and come back to complete challenge and beyond.

Goals (Playing day):
Done-Post daily updates (Graphs, Biggest HH, interesting spots)
Done -Study every day at least 1h
Done -Gym every morning
9/10 -Good sleep, good nutrition
4/10 -Track my emotion during/after playing
2/10 -Have fun and not put extra pressure on myself

Old BR: 1453,43$
New BR: 1424,01$

Today results: -29,42
Total results: +912,17$

Cash graph:

Played 2 sessions:

RakeBack:

Biggest Win:

HH1: Vs fish, BB was nemesis ( Maniac that loves to blast). Called preflop because was trying to get in hand vs nemesis.

Biggest Loss/Biggest Bluff:

HH2: Vs Reg, unsure about my bluff. When betting Turn did already decide on blasting River, best hand I taught villain can have is TT.

Biggest Hero-Call:

HH3: Vs Reg, taught he will be 3Betting a bit wider because BTN was whale and also think J is a nice scare card to get under pairs to fold. Unsure about this bluff, but did give me much needed confidence boost.

Another Hero-Call:

HH4: Vs Reg, Flop and Turn is standard IMO, River I feel like there are so many pairs + straight blocker to bluff with. But I could have better hand to bluff catch with. Also in opponents head me not raising Flop or Turn makes my range weaker + I don't think he's gonna do this with KK and AA.

Biggest Blunder:

HH5: BTN was one of the better Regs that lost 2 stacks to BB (Nemesis), so I gave him wider calling range. Flop and Turn idk what i'm doing or why I choose this hand to do it with. River I taught he can have only sets for value and there are some missed flush or straight. But ye I f**ked up hard.

Nemesis Hand:

HH5: Just letting him blast, will try to get as many hands IP vs this guy as I can.

Thanks for reading.
Any feedback about how I played or thinks I could do better is much appreciated.

Hi, I play 4 regular tables. PartyPoker, because its one of two legal options (that i'm sure) in Latvia other being GGPoker ( both under local skin). Have heard that CoinPoker and WPTGlobal are also options that I might explore...

"Good site" might be a little generous, outdated software and almost dead with okayish rakeback and decent tables.

Understand. I play at Bodog NL25 too, but your Winrate is super good LOL, I have a decent WR too at regular tables but Bodog is super slow so 4 reg tables is an average of 280 hands/hour... I try to play 2 sites but I was very distracted. Hope you crush it!

Party has low traffic it's often 3-5 people per table, I also like to start tables and play anyone HU. Might explain hands/hour.

Day 9

Greetings,
Started my day jumping straight into games with cup of coffee. In First session had to start 2 tables( Need to learn HU asap) as there weren't only 3 tables available. Was down for the most part but managed to win 4 buyins (lost one back) at the last 150 hands to book a decent win. After 30min break jumped back in for session Nr.2. Great tables with max 1-2regs per table. Played longer then expected but did take small 5min break in-between. After playing had study session with discord boys. Sleep schedule is f****ed, nutrition is much better . Will be working next two days and play decent value Saturday and Sunday. Also after today I did hit my goal and made 1k$ profit playing 25nl PartyPoker, next goal "Same Month two Thousand".

Goals (Playing day):
Done-Post daily updates (Graphs, Biggest HH, interesting spots)
Done -Study every day at least 1h
Done -Gym every morning
2/10 -Good sleep, good nutrition
6/10 -Track my emotion during/after playing
8/10 -Have fun and not put extra pressure on myself

Today results: +185,8$
Total results: +1097,97$

Cash graph:

Played 2 sessions:

RakeBack:

Biggest Win:

HH1: Vs fish, nice flop and even better when he does double donk, might be better to raise turn, unsure.

Biggest Loss/Biggest Bluff/Biggest Blunder:

HH2: Vs Reg, decided not to CB this flop, after X-X decided to steal the pot with 3/4 and after it didn't work and representing almost no value IMO gave away rest of the stack. Might be not that bad, but did feel like a donation.

Biggest Hero-Call:

HH3: Vs Fish, might be bad. Was not expecting X/R OTT. OTR Ac is a good card to have but without read that he's punting might be a punt.

Most Luckiest:

HH4: Vs Whale, another expert in double donk, was happy to get it in OTT not as happy to see his hand.

Most Unluckiest:

HH5: Vs Whale, my man thought he had open-ended straight flush draw. Bravery got rewarded (as it should) WP NH sir.

Nemesis Hand: No nemesis hand, because nemesis was missing for the first time in a while

Thanks for reading.
Any feedback about how I played my hands or anything that could help in my journey is much appreciated,

Greetings,
Small update, from today will not post All-in EV line in my graph as it's incorrect. There is an error in H2N4 or PartyPoker where in hands that opponent take option cash-out, H2N4 can't understand what hand did opponent had, meaning it show only results win or lose and show 0$ All-in EV. Even some regs take cash-out. On PartyPoker I play you can do cash out while being ahead or behind(I will never take cash-out)

P.S. I still think I'm running above EV and im grateful for that.

Thanks for reading.
Any feedback about how I played or thinks I could do better is much appreciated.

Day 10

Greetings,
After getting much needed sleep and breakfast reviewed some HH from Day 9. After that went to gym and did leg day . First session not the best session, many questionable decision, 3 hands that IMO could have been played better and could have avoided loosing 3 stacks. Tables were okey. Second session was worst then first one as I kept making big errors and choosing bad spots and straight up punting. Might have something to do with having 2 hard work day before and being on bad sleep schedule. Off day for me, gonna regroup and come back stronger.

Goals (Playing day):
Done-Post daily updates (Graphs, Biggest HH, interesting spots)
Done -Study every day at least 1h
Done -Gym every morning
4/10 -Good sleep, good nutrition
4/10 -Track my emotion during/after playing
3/10 -Have fun and not put extra pressure on myself

Total results: +1025,37$

Cash graph:

Played 2 sessions:

RakeBack:

Biggest Win:

HH1: Vs fish, not sure about turn OB. Was happy to have Ah as it blocks Ah6h Ah3h did not matter at the end.

Biggest Loss/Biggest Bluff/Biggest Blunder:

HH2: Vs Reg, probabliy B-B(allin) would have been much better. Not happy with my line.

Biggest Hero-Call/Biggest Blunder:

HH3: Vs Reg, has note "loose preflop, value heavy post flop'' not a fan about my River. Now he has note "loose preflop, value heavy post flop, bluff catch only when I see him betting bluff''

Most Unluckiest:

HH4: Vs Mega Whale. No comment.

Nemesis Hand: No nemesis hand, because nemesis still missing

Looks good. Keep it up. Don’t let a few pots screw with your head too much.

Goals look great. I remember Gman saying he sets a few extra that are easy targets but perfect for his mental/esteem so he can tick them everyday no matter what for daily wins. (Even if you lose $ you can win @ goals)

Day 11 (Sunday)

Greetings,
After losing at day 10 was eager to come back and finish week strong.
Before first session started did some shadow kick-boxing that really helped me be in the right state of mind and as a result felt confident in myself and results came easy.
Second session was short and uneventful, biggest win being 26bb and biggest lose being 36bb.
Third session was a disastrous, because I made a crucial mistake of playing next to gf in bed listening to her TV show... There is a difference in my play, if I play from work table in silence and think and hear my decision instead of following plot of TV show (lesson learned).
Forth session was unplanned and impulsive... Remembered that I have till 1AM to finish my paid rake goal of 150$ rake. I decided to get 12$ of rake paid in 45min. 15min in and generating only 2$ I understood that I need to increase table count ( 4 to 6) at the end was short 2$. Was not that upset because in process made 62$.

Goals (Playing day):
Done-Post daily updates (Graphs, Biggest HH, interesting spots)
Done -Study every day at least 1h
Missed -Gym every morning
5/10 -Good sleep, good nutrition
7/10 -Track my emotion during/after playing
6/10 -Have fun and not put extra pressure on myself

Old BR: 1532,14$
New BR: 1558,24$

Today results: +6,1$
RB:20$
Total results: +1051,47$

Cash graph:

Played 4 sessions:

RakeBack: This picture is before last session which I played just to get to 150$ rake and to get 25% rakeback instead of 20% (20$ to 37,5$) Was short 2$ rake...bruh

Biggest Win:

HH1: Vs fish, was trying to win it preflop vs reg who isoes quite often. After that hand played itself.

Biggest Loss/Biggest Blunder:

HH2: Vs Reg, Pure punt. At least I had 27%. Not in the right mind-state.

Funniest hand:

HH3: Vs Whale, from now on gonna give action to limp/raise only if tagged that can do this with BS...

Biggest Bluff/Blunder:

HH4: Vs tricky Reg, Was trying to rep AK to fold 9x might be a little to ambitious, he did tank 20sec and called... IMO idea that we are choping was more common then idea that I have AK K9s

Most Unluckiest:

HH5: Vs Reg, was calling haply thinking I'm losing only to 22 and QTss QTcc. Was surprised to see JJ.

Luckiest Hand:

HH6: Vs Fish, nice river... would give up bluffs on most river after OB turn.

Nemesis Hand:

HH7: My boy is back, did snap river and do think I lost 35bb of value, MB.

Thanks for reading.
