Pretty swingy day, but somehow ended up in the green. Made about $45 today, which isn't bad, considering I was stuck at one point.

I played some PLO50, which provided mixed results. I got 80BBs AI on the turn with top set, lost to a naked flush draw that spiked the river

6-max is becoming less and less enjoyable. I'd really like to make a transition over to HU; most of my PLO25 play is actually shorthanded... I don't stay at a full 6-max table unless the game is particularly good.

Most of my profit at PLO25 comes from starting new tables and owning fish who sit with me and play HU.

Is this all on MERGE? How do you think the tables compare to stars? I'm probably a smaller winner at PLO25 on stars, maybe break even. Do you have any experience of the different player pools? All these questions are because I'm jealous of your winrate, very nice gogogogogo.

Hey thanks for the response! I haven't played on Stars in a few years (USA player), but my guess is that Merge tables are fairly similar.

The traffic is obviously slower, so game selection can be tough at times.

I think part of my edge is my game selection. I like to start tables (rather than join them), because I can stack fish in HU and 3-handed play.

When the table fills up to 6 players, I will only stay if the game is good.

But, to answer your question simply, I think there are tons of fish at PLO25 on Merge. Pretty good number of fish at PLO50, too.

About 90 minutes into today's session, and I'm playing / running really well.

I know my volume is pathetic... I usually only 2 or 3 table since I'm playing short handed / HU.

Ended up playing bad and running bad. Lost a little over $100 today.

But there's good news! I made another withdrawal. This one was for $700.
That's $70 more towards the charitable donation.
