Hello all, I am starting playing nl2 r&c on GGpoker and my goal is to reach nl100 by the end of the year. I have some experience playing but never really take poker seriously.
This are my results from nl2 in the past.
I am starting with 23$ and I will be posting results daily.
My plan for the day are to grind at least 4h a day and possibly 6h with 3 tables. I will just try to grow my bankroll as fast as possible to reach at least nl10 (move up every 20BI) and then I will start to learn the game. Any advice or support is welcome

Today was day to forget 
Volume bad around 2.8k and my play was really bad. Not focused at all on my session. Only last session I played my A game and manage to break even on R&C. I played some spin n gold between the sessions so today was okay in terms of money.
Daily goals:
Volume X
Focus on session X
Workout/Walking 1h ACCOMPLISHED
BANKROLL: 28.44$
I am really mad at myself but also fired up for tomorow and I will make up for today. I am waking up at 6am to grind happy hour and get double points for the prize.

Any advice for the mental side of poker appriciated

Today was a great day in terms of volume and game I played fairly good volume around 3.9k hands and my focus on sessions was preety good. I woke up at 6am CET and started grinding at 7am till 9am for happy hours... managed to get 2.5$ prize which is really good bust.
Daily goals:
Volume ACCOMPLISHED
Focus on session ACCOMPLISHED
Workout/Walking 1h ACCOMPLISHED
BANKROLL: 39.68$

Tomorow goal is kinda the same as today. I will start going through some chapter in the book "poker math that matters" just to remind myself of some crucial concepts
