about me and my history: i played like 4-5 years nlhe cash games, form like 2010/11-2015/16. never played higher than 100nl (staked and not good results at this stake). most of the time 25 and 50 nl. quit and start working (maybe i will talk about this in another post) and after quarantine i deposit to play for fun and from 100$ made really quick 650$ on stars on nlhe cash.
this is not a challenge, but more of a journal or place where i can post hands and speak or read about poker as i lost touch with everyone i knew back when i was playing.
so after making 650$ i cash out some and played some plo and i really liked it (i have max 200k hands at plo5-50 back when i was playing, but losing plo50 and anyway today it is another game ). so my plan is to play most plo cash (maybe some nlhe too).
plan: move from micros really quick
study: for nlhe i already study upswing lab and for plo i made rio sub. for now i will focus on plo so i will keep rio sub and after plo50 i want private coaching (maybe you can tell me some names from this forum) and i will make rio elite sub after plo50
roll management: i dont want to quit my job because is something i really like (like poker too) and has no variance ). so i will start with 100$ (wich i can reload every month if i must) and start plo5 (already done that). 10 bi shot on higher level when i have 200$ (already done that). i will make plan for plo25 shot and higher after more hands at plo10 (hope not moving back to plo5 ) ). shot from plo5 to plo 10 will be very aggressive (with just 200$) and i hope it is the only one and remain at plo10, because like i said i can deposit 20bi for plo5 any month and i think i must escape micros quick.
other goals: learn english and not kill your eyes and brain with my bad grammar ), post at least 5 hands/week and comment on other plo hands (at least 5 comments/week).
also 888poker do not want to give me 25$ because they are rtrds )) ( in fact my first post on 2p2 is about they not giving me 25$ )) )
edit: other reason i still want to keep my job: 1. love it and 2. i think that kept from moving up in the past as i did not have other source of income and made a lot of cash outs. so now i dont want to cash out until i reach mid stakes.

i know using all in cash out option is not +ev, but i will use it (have some sort of plan when to use it and when not to use it ) ), but my goal is to escape the micros pretty fast and for that i will take agg shots and variance is a MF (especially at plo and i want to play more plo), so i think like "i pay price x (because of using all in cash out) but if i reduce variance i can move up quicker". when i will play at a stake that can give me good profit, i may consider a mistake to use all in cash out feature...

plo graph durin quarantine. stakes 2-25 plo. couple hands at 25 tho (most at plo5) most of graph is before rio sub and jnandez camp (wich i forgot to mention in first post). so about plo study: i watch shortstack bootcamp on jnandez site and played some (first 5k hands where red line is sexy), then i had a vision of joe ingram mocking me playing short stack and start playing 100bbs deep. so almost the rest of the hands are without any other form of studying. last 3-4k hands are after i start to watch other jnandez vids and rio vids.

Questions about taking shots:
1. Assuming you are break even or better at the limit where you taking the shot, how many buy ins should you have for your shot so it is not pure variance?
2. If you take a 3bi shot how often do you think you will bust that shot (like 50% of the time you can bust that 3bi shot due to variance)? how about 5bi shot? how about 10bi shot?
I dont know the math (hope someone do) but if the answer is something like: when you take a 3bi shot at plo you have 70% chances to lose the shot, why even take the shot and not doing some other form of gambling with that 3bi? like placing a bet with 50% chances to win, etc
so i try to figure out if there is a good number of bi when taking shots so your shots will not be just pure roulette...

Q: what is a relevant sample for zoom? i want to play 20-30k hands at zoom and then decide if i will just stick to normal tables or not, but i don't know if 20-30k hands are relevant to see if i can beat a stake or not.
