Yep back on the table. And like the degen that I am. I obv missed the action a little during my break.

As I said higher decided to stick with GG for this month. I had a better winrate on stars so far. But GG as all the neat incentive. I never had rakeback on stars. No redemption thing. Nothing. I suppose my winrate is too high to get those?

But on the GG front. It's quite easy to regrind from scratch. Since I'm back I turned my small roll of 250$ into 560$ mostly benefiting from poor plays and the GGcare-thingny.

But the problem is volume for the moment. I have problems playing A-game for long time. When I do, I loose interest after couple hours and quit. When I play B-game can play super volume. But my bad habbits show up, end up being (mostly) a calling station. (I guess)

I will get back into the flow of playing long hours. It's not like I don't have it in me. I know I can. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a 1K roll.

I have the same "problem". Since 1.5 month I've been busy training my focus/concentration. But I used to start with 15 minute sessions (if you play regtables, this is maybe not possible) and use "The Pomodoro Technique" (I would recommand googling it), which means frequent breaks after intense focus. I'm currently able to play like 35 minutes of focussed 4 tables of zoom (sometimes even longer) when I'm properly warmed up and I feel sharp. Every week I set my timer a couple minutes longer.

Bottom line of this way too long story (haha); Maybe you could set a realistic goal to play your "a game" in terms of focus. Try to set a timer. After that go for a 10 minute break (no discord, reviewing hands etc.) and load up the tables again. You can extend your goal week by week in terms of getting a longer A-game stretch. Try to challenge yourself with it!

Maybe you are already doing this but I hope this is helpfull

GL on the tables.

In regards to my last post I think it would be cool to bring it more to practice in the form of an example:

Try to play a session and set a timer on the side. Try to keep playing until your mind is starting to wonder off and it causes you to not play your a-game anymore. Let's say this was 70 minutes (for the sake of this example).

Now next time you play a session you set an alarm of 80/85 minutes. Try to be conscious of how important it is to keep pushing, especially this last minutes. After this session, take a break. As stated in the post above it's really important this is a poker free break and it's also important to get of your chair for a bit. Maybe even do some push-ups or whatever. Next session you play, you set the alarm the same time minus 20% minutes (I'm saying 20% but this can be anything) and do the same thing for your third session etc.

It's important to add on a bunch of minutes to it every week and keep track of the progress.

That's a smart idea. I love those journal self improvement type stuff! Was wondering what type of goal I should aim for this month.

Hello 2+2 Back on the tables! I wish I could share a graph, but the pokercraft GG thing is not working very well passed couple days. BUT fear not. I'm doing fine.

The 560$ I had on GG 10 day prior is now 1K USD

Sweet. So I did it in way less time that I was expecting! So I still have 2 weeks to play like a mad man. Volume wise? Not much a problem. I am back playing infinite tables.

What my life looks like:
- Morning quick breakfast.
- Practicing my dribble.
- Real breakfast.
- Poker Study or playing depending on leaderboard.
- Snacks.
- Basketball at the court. Might be 1vs1. Just me practicing drills.
- Meal with meat.
- Play poker till 5 AM.

Rince and Repeat the next day. It might look a bit repetitive for some. But my happiness level is quite high these days. My time naturally evolved to become like this since back from the expedition.

What is up 2+2. Crazy nights of gambling recently. Lots of swing. But I think I've managed them way better than ever before. Sport is a key element of tilt control. No doubt. You guys wanna see some graph. (Kid's smile)

I even made a str8 flush for the 4 BI bonus.

So there you have it. This is all my profit on GG excluding the rakeback. Now my roll is around 1200 USD. And I will try to flat my graph a little. I was back playing way too much table. But I think I played better this time. I'm getting better at supra-multi-tabling (hopefully).

This is an awesome idea! I'm going to have to tinker with that, because I've been doing two tables for about 2-4 hours with no break and I could see how my focus would not be at top notch the whole time.

Ha, that graph is a great example of the crush to variance ratio in action. 100k bouncy bouncy, well done.

The claws of mental hell are certainly not dragging SK down this year. Think I need to shoot sum hoops..

Yeah Ceres. It's mostly a example of my winrate going to sh*t. haha

I'm only at 4bb/100 at 25NL

But I got so lucky last night. Legendary luck. I made 2 str8 flush. (because of the GG Jackpot thing) it was worth a total of 360 USD + I finished second in the leaderboard 130 USD playing 15h that day.

So my roll is now around 1700 USD... wait wat ?

Hey 2+2, Had a very good month. I will show all my results for the different site. It's been a while since I started this challenge and I've been doing quite good.

Now next month I move to a new apartment where I will be playing 25NL for a full. No distraction except basketball. With a bigger focus on playing a lot than improving. And will switch it up the month after.

1. MY GG RESULTS:

GG CARE:

JACKPOT:
I made more than 4 str8 flush. This month, that is lucky beyond belief. I never had one before on GG. Just those are worth at least 400 USD.

Can't tell How frequent I was top20 on the leaderboard. But the objective of the month was to get a lot of volume. I even had a second place once.

2. POKERSTARS RESULTS

SO NOW, my roll on GG is now at: 1800 USD.

My goal next month will be to play 150K hands of 25NL. Hopefully have a better winrate that I have right now. Will probably mix some 50NL also during the week end.

What's up 2+2 ! I am setting myself up in my new place. Quick update:

I took a shot at 50NL (get hype!).

I did smashed them for once. (Ty poker gods)

And now my roll is up to 2.5K. But my real life money is getting lower. No big concern.

I finished second in the leaderboard. Insane battle against the russian there. Seems like a good player. The redstar, polish guy who was playing and strong at 10nl is now a leaderboard grinder at 25. Other than that there is no player moving in stakes..bit strange... i will go full update at the end of the month or next week to post graph. Until then GL on the tables.

What is up 2+2. It's been a full month I'm in my new place! New stuff about me:

- My SO left me for an other dude. (too much time in the lab?) (left some marks on my psyche)

- Still playing cards everyday. Still not broke. But still at the same wealth level from last month.

I dont have a pt4 graph to show all the excitement n' sh*t. using the export feature was too painfull. But I can show you the pokercraft thing.
And I can tell you how it alllll weeeent down!

WEEK 1. Setting up, playing lower.
1.1. Back to basketball getting my meal habit in order. It was fast to get used to the new place.
1.2. Everytime I played ball I studied, after a meal obv. (my mind feel sharp then)

WEEK 2. Making the money.
2.1 Felt so easy at first. The confidence and good playing was there.
2.2. First shot at 50. (my hearth was pumping, no doubt) That's the insane comback in the middle. (from 26K-46K)
2.3 Took some time off/ played lower...

WEEK 3. Loosing a buuuunch back.
3.1. Stayed lower for a while was breaking even at 10NL. (felt like ****, lost my girl, lost big part of my roll. In a new city...)
3.2. Challengend myself to win it back lower.

Week 4. Getting the confidence back.
4.1 Reaching back peak and taking an other shot in 50.

So there you have it. I'm very motivated to improve in the months to come. To be a 50NL REG.

Well no more high hands bonus on GG. RIP my dream of the royal. On a more optimistic note. My gambing in 50NL paid off.

I started with 2K roll and after the week end and 2 break even days. The last 4 hours I started upswinging HARD. To finish attttt.

Bankroll : 2 600

Felt good not gonna lie. Now I have 100 bi of 25NL.
And will play there untill next week end. For an other shot in 50.

♧The good stuff♧
- My game feels good. Can focus for long hour.
- doing sports eating well.
- new summit for my roll.

♤The bad stuff♤
- not watching enough coaching stuff.
- Spent most of my real life money.
- still smoking.

What do I do? Keep on pushing on GG until the rest of the month to reach 3K mark? I'm close to get the 35% weekly rakeback octopus thing... but that rake tho...
