ha yeh k2. only poker hand ive shared on social media.

Theres a lot of donking in 4b pots. Whether its much different in ev i have no idea, but it puts opponents in situations they likely never faced and more likely to fk up somewhere so could be beneficial

honestly, yeh theres quite a few of poorly played bigpots going through top hands. But yeh, theres also a lot of 0-5evbb "hero calls" which im on the wrong side of this month which i could/should exploit fold.

Apparently theres 31 days this month: Ended up with some profit then from stars.

My birthday was today. Got an awesome present from the president by putting us back into lockdown again for 2 weeks min. Theres also a liquor ban so i couldnt even drink out . Just went for a meal with gf. We eat totally different food so its always a struggle to find somewhere to eat. Went for filipino food and its so average. They just put an insane amount of oil in it.

Running bad at 500. Running good at 200. Need to remember to always cash out at 500

Pretty good. obviously soft like any app game. During start of Corona it was sillymoney. Was about 4 whales per table at 100nl. Now it's become a bit more normal with only 1-2 fish per table. Can't really comment on regs as I really don't pay attention to the tables at all. All my focus goes onto the stars tables. And I mostly just grind 100nl for variance free money. Maybe should try playing higher but with all apps, keeping largish money on here is a risk I don't want anymore. 10bb/100 or higher is definitely achievable at 100nl

Pretty sure you play 400nl there so though so I'm sure you know more about the games than I do

What's your thoughts?

Cool, yeah the games are definitely not comparable to the old days of PokerKing/Pokermaster IMO, rake structure is v brutal, but have done reasonably well in the 400-1k games. The regs all seem very average for the most part. I'm taking a brief hiatus from PB to grind GG leaderboards during WSOP but am planning on going back after the series.

Big +1 to not wanting a ton of cash on there, also very annoying having to split bankrolls across accounts but whatcanyado.

Anyway will be following, gl all the best

im bad, pretty frustrating. Thought was going to be on for a great month. Moral of story is to not post when winning. Maybe i should try not starting tables & battling anymore. im in the red for the past 3 months with it.

PB is +3.2k$. Decided to withdraw for some reason. Felt like i should just protect myself a bit.

How are people making those pio spreadsheets? Are they just manually inputting flops/betsize?

Wish i had something semi-interesting to update you guys with but doing nothing but watch films and grind. Curfew is still 8pm and cant travel around as you got to quarantine for a week if you leave manila. Pretty boring.

Will try pio a bit next 2 days. hardly done any this month. or might fire up some mtts tomorrow.
Games feel pretty dead tbh. Was looking at maybe playing some 1k next month if things start of well but there 0 tables running on stars in my timezone. Such a ghost town. Need to look into other sites but dont even know where to start. Everyone just talks about bots on everysite or the site acting dodgy (ggpoker).

gl y'all

Today broke up with girlfriend I think. It sucks because we get on super super well, and it's the happiest I been in forever. But her trust issues and unwillingness to work on them is just too much. She really helped with my anxiety side of my life and would often encourage me to do things so this will be a bit of blow.

She's had trust issues since the very beginning of the relationship, and I probably "gave in" a little bit too much hoping that by giving into some of the things she wanted, it would help gain some trust, and she would work on some of the issues. She promised she would work on them but unfortunately she never. the things she gets jealous and insecure about just keep getting more and more extreme. But now she's refusing to acknowledge she has any insecurities/fears/trust issues (in maybe some form of stubornness?)

Something tiny happened yesterday which she massively over reacted and it kind of made me think this is enough. Hate to label a whole country but filipinas do often seem pretty immature when it comes to relationships, and communication when there's a problem is close to non-existtant. Just makes it so exhausting to try work through any problems. Everytime a problem has got fixed, could just tell the problem was never really fixed due to lack of actual quality communication to fix the problem. I just can't imagine what it will be like in 1 years time if nothing changed so feel like just wasting our time.

Actually pretty **** gutted. Because aside from trust issues, it was really really good

Rough one mate but seems like you very clearly made the right decision. I can imagine it being quite the enduring as you said in a year from now if something didn't change. I think it's an Asian girl thing tbh - I never remembered Western girls being super spazzy/jealous about tiny **** but Thai girls , well it's absurd.

Its horrible amount of pain. Took neproxin but didnt really work. I literally cant move without severe pain.

Pretty unfair to label a country like that just because of one person, lack of communication is present in pretty much any country/culture.

I think you made the mistake of thinking I labelled a country due to one person. Stereotypes whether good or bad exist will for most countries (and there is plenty of good stereotypes / behaviour traits of Filipinos). As long as you and I are not judging people on an individual level I think stereotypes are fine. As long as they don't get too wild.

Now sure, I could be wrong here but don't think it's too much of an issue.

That guy clearly never lived in SEA lol

Pretty grim life variance there with your back, though great that you've smashed out some good numbers when life is a bit meh. Is the plan to bed grind it out? I've played probably way too many hands just sitting in bed on my laptop, can def be done

Enjoy reading the updates, looks like from your last post we play on all the same sites and both are in the same battle of trying not to play too much 200nl volume when we can play higher glgl since we must play together some!

Had exactly the same back pain thing a few years ago, went for all the tests MRI and what not, didnt show anything, they just gave me some pills and it went away. (had to wait days to be able to walk to hospital)

I don't know about you, but during lockdown i was sitting down way more than i ever had before. My lower back reaaaaally started hurting and on one occasion my gf gave me a massage and i had a hot shower and it did exactly the same - shooting pain down my leg too.

I don't know if it's possible for you, but i bought a standing desk and ergonomic chair, coupled with daily gentle stretching and increased movement, the pain has now nearly entirely gone. It still gets a bit sore, but then i just put my desk standing (typing standing rn) and it refreshes my body.

If you do choose to go that route, i was advised to do 45 mins sitting, 15 mins standing. Loving it so far!

I'm sorry to hear about your relationship - breakups can be extremely painful (i wondered if some of your back pain could be attributed to psychological pain being experienced psychosomatically), even if we do not exactly emotionally experience that pain firsthand. Take time and care of yourself and don't force yourself to work too hard.

Take it easy, gl

Pain shooting down the leg is most likely a sciatic issue. These stretches hurt like hell, but combine with quad stretches, they were a miracle for me.
