The mindset

Currently i am rebuilding myself to midstakes plo after a long times break from poker.

I have come to the conclusion that in order for me to be successful in poker im going to have to change my mindset. Currently i look at my HEM everytime i win or lose a big pot. And also i find myself feeling frustrated or annoyed anytime i lose like 3-10 buy ins.

Answer me this fellow PLO players and NLHE players;

What should one be thinking when one is
A) losing for one session?
B)Is on a losing streak?
C) Do you have any general advice or techniques too keep yourself from tilting ?

Feel free to add further questions if you want to know these things like i do

Examine your lack of success very carefully. Painfully walk through every single detail and ask why. If you see no problems, look again. If you still don't, accept it as something out of your control, and focus on making the best decisions possible. Ask for feedback, and question why that person made that comment or suggestion. Don't just accept an answer and try to replicate it. Understand why. If you don't look at yourself, you shut out any chances of improving

Play less tables.
Think about what you are doing and why you are doing it.

Stop looking at the cashier/hem. You shouldnt need to if you are properly rolled for the stakes you are playing. Only think about if you played the hand well or not. The result is irrelevant.
