Let's all remember guys, that 'balancing' your turn donk range is not important if villain's are not solid enough to understand or exploit you.

Also yes I'd be donking with draws sometimes too - perhaps you could fold out 3rd pairs like 88 or A high's that cbet IP then shut down.

Plus that range hits you more than villain, they could have 68 of diamonds for instance, but you could easily have AJ that didn't 3 bet pre. So you look pretty strong on that board with your bluffs.

You could x/raise but IMO generally that's a terrible plan because you're banking on villain actually betting - and it's sort of rare that you KNOW villain will bet unless it's a tighter range and lower cbet and you can infer villain actually has something - but getting an idea of button's range on this board which they most likely didn't hit because they are at their widest - leading is best.

Oh yeah, or villain has like an 80% cbet turn and you're x/raising primarily to induce another bluff cbet - so you can actually x/raise them with total air many times as well along with your nut hands.

pretty sure there are decent number of z100 regs that can figure out he has no bluffs once he donks turn might not be a ''big'' problem v most villains at the stake but it will be v some and once he tries to hit z200 he's gonna get exploited big time imo

I can think of quite a few bluffs, myself.

Also, even if villain knows you aren't bluffing and they have a draw, they will still call. So you don't really need to balance here imo because any J is going to call regardless and any strong draw that may check back still calls as well. A 10 might also call vs some regs/fish.

Not a problem if villain thinks he can bink and raise river and still get paid.

C'mon guys i never bluff

But yer i lead turns on all sort of occasions this just happened to be the "nuts"

Today was insane. I played terribly just stationing rivers and stacking off....Before i knew it i was in the hole big time. I said to myself, Max there is no way you are ****ing quitting the reason you are losing so much is playing badly, lets grind this baby out.

Low and behold i won in EV - woohoo

Extremely villain dependent, a mixstrat is fine vs most 100 villains.
Btw, Max, if you feel like sweats PM me, but you might be slightly better than me now, I don't study or play enough these days.

In some way both hands are "OK" at some frequency. But against population that underbluff its prob spewy.

Well, you know what they say about fish right? If there were no variance in poker the game would be dead and weak players would never win, right?

Hey bro. Do you have a strategy for your preflop game ?
There are some hands where I don`t understand you thought process.
1) 3betting as a bluff 54s vs a short-stacked fish.
2) 4betting 98s vs a small 3bet size
3) 4betting A5s vs a BB 3bet against your position - where 3b range would be between 3 and 6-7 percent, depending on your opponent. Against this range I think doing anything other than folding will lose you more money.

Hey mate yep I do
Whether it's good or not is a different story

Fish fold a lot to 3b and yeah that's why I 3b smaller. Plus post flop they make a lot of mistakes so can win easy pots or stack them. If fish was below 50bb I won't 3b as light. 98s could be call but villain is also 4b like 12%. Call or 4b is ok I think. A5s is pretty standard 4b

Nice results. Are you thinking of making 100nl your main game for next month or will you still be playing 50nl as well? Also, what do you think are the main differences in the stakes? (It's been many, many years since I played 100nl and that was FR)
