thx for the compliments..... hmm ...... I am not the ritual type and do way too little sports these days..... just get up around noon, mostly take a longer walk / small hike with Bruno and usually eat healthy
as its my full time job for now, I play like 6 days a week a full schedule from early afternoon until 1-5 in the morning (depends how deep I run), in the afternoon my focus is on sats; regspeeds I reg till around 10 pm, mixing in little turbos and some ticket sats in the end
my biggest advice is to do serious training (like 2-3 times 45min in the gym and 2-3 times 45 min running / cardio per week), I did that most of my life, when I stop for more than two years I see myself clearly deteriorating mentally
food wise, mix healthy food with lots of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, dark bread, muezli and protein from low fat meat, eggs, cheese
also good is intermediate fasting .... you only eat 1-2 meals in the evening (4 hours of food and 20 hours without) ....... keeps you highly focused and lean
other from that .... I learnt it the hard way over many years, my biggest advice is a strict 200 buy in brm that you almost daily discuss with the person closest to you in your life (me with my son), so there is no way you start faking it
p.s.: and ahh ... I listen to minimal / underground techno / house dj mixes while playing.... keeps me in the flow and full of energy
