very rare FPS in a 1/2, keep it lower as opposed to higher games with more competent villains .

Stick with your standaed tag, time to time you will find villains you can mix it up against but it is very rare.

A decent number of regs would say their $1 chips didn't play for all ins in a 1/2 game I used to play. Was bulls..t. Any chips you're using to play a pot are in play. If the lowest denomination is being used to post blinds etc, they are counted when you get stacked!

So I haven't really posted since the WSOP started. I'm currently grinding cash at Bellagio. Had a disaster strike with a new girl so I've been messed up for a second.
Just ordered carrot juice. Waitress says $6. She's really ****ing hot so I unhappily oblige with a fake smile. Why do they have such a hold on us? One year ago I would drink sink water and my dinner would be $6 now I have a baller watch and I'm drinking $6 carrot juice. Poker changes you. I hope I go broke again so that I can be happy

I was in your spot a couple years ago. I hope you do not lose a love for the game like I did. IMO after the series take some time off, relax, dont even associate with poker friends. I wish I had before I got so burnt out on the game.

Overcome this mental weakness and progress by learning from the situation and be happy you have more mental experience/knowledge from a stressful situation.

Probably not the most popular post ever but, distractions gonna distract. You are essentially a road gambler at this point. Your goal as last stated was to get to a cool mirrion in winnings. Girlfriends are like oil to water in that scenario. Balla watches? really expensive steak or sushi at the finest restaurant?...yeah...make a big score and treat yourself..but keep grind on the mind.

You have an opportunity. You are living the life alot of 2p2ers only dream about. You started with nothing and are now a sponsored pro with backing and a following playing in multi thousand buy in tournaments at the freakin WORLD SERIES OF POKER. Keep your eyes on the prize.
