I came back to the tables this week and played almost 7k hands. I also started meditating back and i feel great!
I made some mistakes at the tables but stayed disciplinated all the time and i wasn't tilting (just playing my B - game). I was doing sports workout six days last week, four days of running and two days of body workout.
I shot on NL 100 and played there 200 hands. I set stoploss to 150$ (1,5 BI). For now i am up 2,3 BI so the goal is to keep shoting on NL 100 this month. At this moment I am playing 5 tables NL 40 to NL 60 and 1 table NL 100. If shot goes well i will add more tables.
