a long time ago I had a Thread, but I was to lazy to update it.

I started in Oct. 2020 not 2019 ( my bad ) and played till December 2021. My way was from NL2 zoom on stars up until NL50 Blitz on ACR.

I January 2022 i got Covid19 and since then I didn´t hat any motivation to go back to Poker. On the 19. July i played an live Tourney with some friends and got the fire back to grind again and hopefully get back to NL50 soon.

I went on vacation after the Live Experience so my first hands on Stars i started on 25.08.2022.


Here is my graph so far. ( about 50/50 NL10z and NL16z ) I just wanted to start from NL10 see where it goes.


First hands I feel pretty great about the result so far.

Nothing really special happend this week, had a lot to do in real life. Didn´t played as much as i wanted. But studied a lot
at hope these things will work out.

Main changes are my opening sizes vom EP an MP ( from 3x to 2x ) and BTN to 2,5x. It should be a bit better, but we will see




my graph went a little bit down. but only 2,5k hands last week, so nothing special.

Hello Guy,

nothing special this week. Had a little mental shutdown, wasn´t motivated at al, but dont know why

But had a good conversation on friday about the mental side of poker and life. This helped me a lot.

I start now to change a little bit in my study an playing routine -> Monday till Friday more Study and more Playing on the weekend.
I will start today with Grade 1 of the Carrot Corner Schoolarship.

Was lucky with the leaderboard on Pokerstars. So we are pretty much breakeven moneywise. But the graph dosen´t look that nice. Some setups didn´t go my way



Hopefully i can turn this around this week. Bankroll still more then big enough to play NL10 / NL16 -> could also Play z25 but I don´t feel confident enough. So I will still play z10/z16 and try to get better.

Quality ist more important then quantity

Hello Darkness my old friend.

Volume wise still bad. But Learned a lot theory wise. So still happy with everything. The Carrot School is amazing and shows a lot of Problems in my game. Hopefully i can turn them around.

I also played one Session live Cash game on Friday evening. And won 200BB at 1/2€. The game was amazing. I think live is crazy soft and you can print there some dollars.
I try to get to NL25/50 till end of the year. Then i will start to play some live cash once every two weeks.

This week was a little bit stessful life wise. Had some problems with girlfriend, but I think i get this fixed very soon. So that I have more time for playing. Study wise happy, got two videos from Carrot Corners Grade 1 finished and one PDF ( How to exploit the pool -> also by Pete Clarke ). This week I try to do 2. videos again, and start to review some more hands.

Made my weekly study-goal. Next week the same goals again, study two videos of the Carrot corner Poker School and get one of the PDF "how to exploit the micros" done.

Most of my Bankroll, I have in my Bank Account and in Crypto. But I want to add my Pokerstarsbalance to the thread. So I have a little overview how its going.

No graph this week, will post graph next week.

Crypto BR: 1250$

So still more then enough to play NL25. I dont want to add more to Stars so just grind it up with NL25 ( hopefully no 12buy ins downswing ) and start with NL50 once i reach ~ 750$

got Corona last week and was only laying in Bed second time for me. But since yesterday I feel a lot better. Didn´t do anything last week. This week I will do more to get back in Action.

I am back, healthy and motivated. Completed the whole Grade 1 of the Carrot Corners school. Now I will do the exam and then go on with Grade 2. I love the content from Pete Clarke. I think his toughtprocess is very nice.

Added some fund to ACR poker because I finished my Rakeback on Stars.

Feeling good in this Pool, I dont know why but I like ACR -> A lot of people say the layout is ugly but I like it.
Redline sucks, but I already found the problems and will solve this, but as long as the greenline goes up everthing is fine.
Rakeback from ACR I will collect once a Month just to track the monthly rakeback

Lucky I added the fund 2 days before the FTX Problems, so safed some Money. Now everything is down lost a little bit with crypto but I think it will go up again.

was on a spontanious holiday with my girlfriend therefore there wasn´t that much progress.

Adding 10$ Rakeback

Also played one session Cash live 1/2 -> won 95€ after 4h of playing

on Saturday I played a 100€ tourney and got 6/40 to at least getting my buyin back.
