Online poker hasn't been going particularly well this month as I'm down some money before rakeback, that's never fun. Think I'm prob gonna focus on 6max again in the future, just try to work as hard as I can on that game, and only play headsup for fun on the side/when I'm tired of 6max.

Plans for the coming weeks:
- Be more active on forums/skype
- Play a lot, but not a lot of tables

Going home from dublin today, had a great trip here. Finished top 100th in the Norwegian championsship Main event tourney for a €2k prize which was great fun. Looking forward to getting home now and hopefully start getting in a ton of hours at online poker soon.

Not sure if I wanna do hu or 6max yet but it will probably be a mix of both with the majority of my play at 6max tables.

Been a disappointing month onlinepoker wise, still not near playing a-game for the most part so just gotta work work work harder in the coming weeks.. Been watching some DC vids lately which have been interesting and teached me something, especially the "part time NL grinder" series with blah is recommended.

So, I started out this month with too long of a session playing 10-12 tables where I spewed off a couple buyins doing lots of stupid plays, these are my main leaks probably, playing too long sessions, too many tables, and not quitting when I'm not focused. Really need to work on this, stop autopiloting in spots and actually think through decisions! Anyways, I've managed to climb back some with two sessions today where I felt my game was much better and focused, so I'm only down -100$ to start the month off.

Have already played 4k hands / 8 hours, and setting myself a goal of 50k hands / 100 hours this month, really gonna work on reaching my goals this month!

Goals for april:

Annoying river spot I timebanked a lot on, but think this is probably a fold in retrospect. Villain had low aggression factor otr altho small sample size.

Had a bit of tilt yesterday after losing about 5 buyins at NL50, moved up to NL100 where I decided to play two tables only because I knew I'd prob spew off my stars bankroll (which was down to 400$) playing 4 tables, I was lucky to book a 2.5 buyin win at NL100 and don't have to re-deposit today. Month is at +215$ atm which feels really good, hopefully the heater has only started and I can get a decent month again resultswise.

Had an awesome session shotting NL100 zoom where I just hit everything possible and won 6 buyins in 750 hands, but then down 5 buyins next session at NL50, swingy games.

So, I planned on playing some long sessions tonight and getting in some more hours, but it started out like crap with nothing going my way, playing bad, running into top of peoples ranges etc so should've stopped a bit earlier, last hand for the session I got AA vs KK and he obv flopped the set so that sums it up. April 2013

So, another month has passed by. I've enjoyed this month poker wise very much, and can't remember the last time I played close to 78k hands in a month, back playing Zoom poker has obv been the main cause of that but I'm very motivated these days. I'm fairly happy that I've played 90 hours anyway, and I feel my game is getting better and better. Also happy that I played at least some NL100 zoom, as my bankroll as at/close to the stage that I should play NL100 as my main game, just gotta get a bit more comfortable. I think another thing I should work on is quitting sessions early when I don't start well, as I've had some pretty long losing sessions which is sad. Looking forward to may, lets have another great month!

Back down to break even for the month $ wise, this weeks NL100 shot didn't go too well so I've decided to only play NL50 for the remainder of May. Hopefully gonna crush it so I can get together a decent profit this month and take some more shots at NL100 in june. I'm still a f bankroll nit but I'm working on it lol Getting much better lately with not thinking about the chips as money etc, so thats good.

Don't know what a good bb/100 is in these zoom games, I'm at 2bb/100 lifetime for NL50 and feel it's a bit low so should def be possible to reach 4-5 bb/100 if I just work more on my game.

According to my coach a good zoom reg wins in the range of 4bb/100. Probably varies a bit depending on what stakes you're playing though

I actually haven't set up a specific BRM rule really, it's more about me feeling comfortable with the money at the stake I'm trying to move up to, so I think something like ~40 buyins for the next level is a pretty good bankroll for myself to feel comfortable staying at that level. I just take "shots" whenever I feel like it, but not gonna do it with less then say ~20 buyins for that level.

Yeah as said I think 4-5bb is absolutely do-able. Let's go for it!
