Been playing alot of 6m Pot Limit Omaha this year at the nanonstakes and the rake is just crippling. I hear people talk about how the rake is hard to beat at the microstakes and I'm starting to believe it now. I've never been a BR nit and couple that with wanting to move up aggressively to get out of the microstakes, the swongs always hurt when I ran bad or would have a tilty session.

**During this entire time, my goal was to build a roll and eventually play Heads Up PLO.

So after another -EV session last night that really upset me because it'd been steadily increasing for the past couple of weeks, I've decided to take a different approach.

I'm going to switch to Heads Up PLO Sit N Go's so:
1. minimize rake
2. get the HUPLO experience I ultimately wanted
3. reduce damaging effects of tilt that can happen in cash games

Going to start at the $5.25 to give me room to move down if needed.

Not going to put much effort into planning when to move up until I put in some volume to see what my ROI % (and then probably use Kelly Theorem)

Only played a very short session last night to start and it went fairly well.

18% ROI on 9x$5.25 and one $6.25 turbo

I know it's barely a start but I found the opponents quite weak and a far cry from the aggression you see at the lowest level of HUPLO50 (cash).

Was also trying to find some articles on HUSNG's and came across some BRM articles that have me wondering if I can start off at the 10's immediately and drop down if required. 70 buyins seems to be extremely conservative.

Really hope HEM fixes their bug with importing HU SNG summaries as this is a pain in the ass to manually edit those sng's after a session. Can't imagine how bad it'll be when I put in a lot of volume.
