Idk if u ask me looks like he was playing thier aggression by looking weak to include a stab then trying to take it down. It seems to fit with how his graph says he is playing, profits come from non showdown unlike most of us

1. The 77 hand was to induce a bluff to rebluff it again, I didn't really believe I had much fold equity there so I didn't lead out with the intention to check-raise, and he probally didn't connect too well with the flop since he checked back while there was a draw on the board and A and K.

2. KJ hand I can agree with a turn fold, I was kinda lucky with that river card.

3. I explained why I did AQ like that, normally I wouldn't even do stuf like that if it wasn't to manipulate my image.

4. KK was obviously spew, was showing it to balance the winning and losing hands in this thread.

Im fine with your criticism, still probally have some (big) leaks since I have only played around 50k lifetime since 2 months. I can understand your point, but you should also try to understand that we both play fundamentally different (which is correct is irrelevant here atm), by your advice I can probally tell that you are a blue line player. I don't care too much about "ranges" or "balancing" because that doesn't fit my style. I rather play the player instead. Let's see how long I will last with changing too much in my style, will deff be interesting!

Please correct me if I am wrong again, I honestly ony care about learning so

I have plans on getting a coach, but that's probally a plan for when I hit a wall at NL25.

PS. Thanks for your input and feedback, I appreciate it!

I had Also a meh blue line while playing laggy and also one coach
Commented that I probably have some leaks in my game (mostly river descisions)
I believe what definite article is trying to say is that in no 5 u should at least have even profits
From blue and red line because u can extract tons of $ from value bets.
Anyway good luck at tables

Is it even possible to have even profits with both lines? That probally means absolutely crushing, your blue naturally goes down when your red goes up and vice-versa. But yeah, as you can see my blue line has been quite swingy and it's still a small sample size. In the end it's all about the green line . Again, correct me if I'm wrong

PS. @DFA: I also did not meant to disrespect you in any way and I also believe and know that you are a way better player than me.

Just FWIW you're likely going to need to be concerned about balance a little sooner than you think but if you're consciously aware when you're deviating (significantly) from a roughly balanced strat it's fine.

Ended 83 out of 4800 for a small $20.62, oh well , not bad for a first MTT. I think I'd prefer to play a regular tournament instead, I noticed the turbo's are based on alot of luck and its a pure shovefest. Heard that the sunday storms are good value so I'll give it a shot at that tomorrow!

Starting a grind session tonight

I just did a bumhunt session at 25NL 1 tabling, found some tables with whales after sitting in waitlists for ages

Went decent, could have gone better if I didn't get stacked off by a BD flushdraw, I don't think anyone can get away from this hand...

Hmm what to do here? vilain 17/17/11 on 150 hands, 4-betted once.

H1: Any reads on villain? I would flat the 3bet pre.
As played I suggest calling. Villain could be drawing etc.

H2: Why no cbet OTF and why do you overbet turn?

Agreed with calling, but vilain was 3-betting alot and light, but yeah should have flatted AQs as it has lots of postflop value.

H2: Overbetted with the intention to show the bluff, nothing else, oh well, do you guys think I could have gotten away from the BD flushdraw?

Nam not in love with the min 4bet vs 3b happy villain. Might prefer to flat his 3b. Def dont like calling his flop raise but why not? I'm going to put him on 88+ (qq obv super unlikely) AsKs or even some remote ****** possibility JsTs. I'm really curious as to what is in his flat 4b range

      Good point.

Just bought notecaddy with a -25% discount, for anyone who cares, the promotion code is: NC25.

I bought the small stakes for $45, which took a tad more than 25% of my bankroll. My reason to buy NC is, that it is just way easier than taking excessive notes, I still take notes sometimes, but I'll let Notecaddy do the most work now (I was and still am a note-taking junkie ).I decided to play safe, and move down to 2NL and 5NL instead of shotting at 10NL (even when I know I can handle it).

Anyways, decided to try 2NL and 5NL deepstacked, didn't go well lost another $20. Gotta stick to regular tables instead and improve my postflop skills. I blame my losses to some leaks in my deepstacked play, and I still need to improve my post-flop play, and ofc got a bit unlucky (KK vs AA) etc and the usual whine blablabla.

I have to stop bumhunting at 10NL for a while, even when it's so tempting when I see the regular whales I tagged, my BR is simply not big enough atm due to my losses at deepstacked play and the bought NC.

I don't care about my ego, gotta grind tomorrow a few BI at 2NL so I get rolled for 30BI at 5NL again.

      Happy easter all

I wouldn't jam that last hand, I would just call. I think if you had just cbet even though you didn't want to get check raised off the hand, you wouldn't have had that end result. I mean once the flush completes, it's a backdoor flush so not very obvious since he can peel your turn cbet with a lot, but when you jam he rarely calls you with worse. I think the worst he shows up with is a set/top 2 pair/straight and out of those combinations I don't know how many are actually going to call. For him to call turn then lead out river, he always has something because what else is he going to be bluffing with besides something like 68 or turning other hands into bluffs like KQ or J8.

H2: Best flop to c-bet. I wouldn't miss that one. Mb only for balance purpose but this depends on ur style.

Haven't updated this for 2 days, hellooooo.

Played some hands lately, did 5NL yesterday again since I was kinda underrolled for 10NL. Went pretty nice .

5NL graph, dropped pretty hard at some point when playing deepstacked NL5.:

Graph last 2 weeks: The big hole is due to bumhunting at 25NL + a (failed) combination with NL5 deep (250bb) + bad session at 10NL.

Cashed out to exact $50.00, I will still keep playing NL5 and hopefully be able to refill later, but I had some problems with paying my bills (used too much bandwith on my phone which costed me 130 euro's because I synced spotify on 3G -.-....)

But whatever, I will keep playing NL5 as if I would have still have $150, if I go broke I'll simply refill later.
