Just wanna throw out there that whilst Mzbourg comes across as a horrible, scummy, hate-filled, volatile, disgusting, horrific, toxic, shameless wanker of a human being on 2p2 ( ) he is actually one of my longest poker friends and without a doubt one of the nicest most down to earth guys I've ever met through poker.
Have a great birthday big guy. Go get drunk and sleep on a park bench and blame everyone else the next day

life could be worse, you could be doing one of those
Lmao apologies for missing this. Life has got in the way of late and completely forgot to post. Hope today's post is good enough to make up for my sins.
I have never met a successful person who hasn't seen this video. One of my favourite moments in my brief stint in real world bizness is trading quotes from this vid with an exec clearing 8 figures:
Watched it every day before my A-Levels. Got it word 4 word now. I mean he's chatting a load of **** but it's good stuff.
Im always trying to find stuff to do to improve concentration, stamina, my mood, and even chronic pain so Ill talk about the "Wim Hof method"
Ive been doing it before a session or when we feel my energy is starting to go down and I need a recharge. It can be used for anxiety or mental episodes(as a grounding technique), its also useful for exercising and most importantly to improve our health
This guy Wim "created" the method when his Wife killed herself after suffering from depression. AFter 15-20 years of doing it regularly he has 30ish world records. Most have to do with swimming in freezing waters, but another example is that he ran a marathon without ingesting any water. I heard about him when he was in the Joe Rogan podcast.
Basically its a breathing technique that consists in the conscious consumption of oxygen to alkalize our body. It also uses cold showers to trick our body into survival mode into releasing endorphins and dopamine.
Ive been doing it for only a few months but went to their course in MIami last nov and it was deff worth the trip. Im always on the look to keep my anxiety in check without using medications and this stuff fits perfectly into my routine.
TEchinque:
30-50 deep breaths and exhaling till neutral(not completely)
2. after the last EXHALE hold(your body has absorbed the oxygen so you wont need to breath in) some can hold it for 7min or w/e, but my record is 3.15
3.when you feel the need to breath in take a huge deep breath and hold for 10 secs. While holding consciously sent the oxygen to your brain and all through out your body.
4. repeat to a total of 3 cycles.
Universities have been studying what he is doing for a few years now and its really amazing what our body can do with such a simple technique and consistency. Another example is that they injected him with a bacteria, and he was able to get it out of his system in 25min, while antibiotics take 3 days to work. This is all documented.
give it a go, wont dissapoint glgl
