My air cut?
Had a quality time here for new years eve, although I hit the drink too hard and had to yolo taxi home myself at like 1.30am. Smit and Birday were mortified haha. Last night we all went to play live at around 9pm and I was there til 2pm today was in for 800 total and stack was up and down and up and down. Around 11am we were 3 handed and we switched to dealers choice for the crack, either nlhe or plo (up to 6 cards). I was about 700 then but live plo is hard so bled it down to 450. Then a few more guys jumped into the game so we went back to nl, and the best hand ever occurred. Asian reg straddles, French guy makes it 16 in co, I look down at 94hh after about 17 hours of live poker and obv 3ball to 50. François calls and flop is kq2hh. I bet 55 and he calls. Turn is 5c, I bet 95 and he calls. Then he starts giving me this patter about like "you should go all in blind!", just as 10h hits the river and I start creaming myself. I pretend to be all confused about why he'd say that and eventually announce rather delightedly that I'm all in to which Frenchie snaps and triumphantly shows me black AJ to which I go "oooooohhh............ I have a flush". By the way he reacted he didn't even ****ing see it!
Got to meet acidhauss and lucasvienna last night,totally awesome fun and very good poker players.
Will update properly later, all good in London with gazzy!

I got a really **** haircut (not my fault) between Xmas and NY and TDA posted it above, I got really embarrassed/annoyed/worried and lashed out on Skype and thankfully he had the decency to remove it let's just say the guy said to me "I'm gonna make a point" and I said "ok..." expecting him to make a point about my hair, instead I had just agreed to him turning my sideburns into actual ****ing points.
Flying home tomorrow after a brilliant week in London. Big thanks to Birday for persuading me to come down last minute, and to Bena & Smit for being so hospitable. I played for the Gay UK Crew's 6 a side team last night and naturally pinged one in. Smit and I went to view a house in London a few days ago with 2 other poker players and it's looking quite likely it'll all work out and I get to move down to London. I broke up with my girlfriend just before Xmas and as much as I love my home city of Inverness, all my close friends are getting engaged/buying houses etc now, there's just nothing left for me there.
Poker wise this year I've won about £500 playing live, lost $500 on Stars and won $300 on Bwin. Looking forward to getting a decent online grind before the potential move to LDN in a couple of weeks
