That's the way they've normally done it but this time it starts at 11pm, 100% for sure.

Got exactly what I deserved today, the spew was real. I didn't run the greatest at times but no excuses. I really need to limit this tilt/spew thing that has been in my game this month. I'm done now until about 10am tomorrow morning, gonna draw a line under it, chill out, get a good night's sleep, wake up tomorrow, and focus on feeling good when I get back to it tomorrow. Still up for the month, so it's not all bad

It's strange how hard it is to get the volume requirements on winning days but on losing days it's dead easy.

Don't mind at all; I got a stake from the best stable in the world* CBiscuit Stables for PokerStars alongside my own roll on Party, and I got crushed/spewed/ran bad and had a bit of MU and instead of digging a deeper hole/paying the MU back outta my own pocket I said I'd play with their $ on Party to recover the makeup. Enter downswing, all the while my own roll sits in the bank dwindling away. I should be back to normal at the end of the month

                            * they're the best again after GazzyB Stables closed after 2 horses and 2 weeks.

I was close to giving up one day too, nodded off twice for like 10seconds. Passed out hard after. I'm really starting to feel it physically....
It's not healthy to play 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Who do you know in the real world who works those hours and still has their sanity? Focus on cutting down the hours, cutting down the tables and improving decision making.

Fair enough. You're playing 80+ hours a week to make the equivalent of what an average office worker would make in a 40 hour week. Great job.
