First of all, i'd like to wish everyone a happy new year and run good please!

For the past few months i've been thinking about opening a thread here on 2p2, but never got there, but as its new year now, i for some reason have a lot of motivation to do so


A little bit about myself: I am 19 years old, coming from a small eastern european country, been playing since i was 16, started to understand more when i turned 18.

I have played just about every form of poker, from MTTs to PLO8, been decently successful in everything but Blackjack (yeah).

I also work full time as a poker affiliate, so i am not really playing for a living.

I was smoking since i was 16 years old, but recently i made a change on that and now i've been smoke free for a month.

Why a blog?

Even though i am doing decently money wise, i am very bad when it comes to balancing real life/ poker. As you probably know, blog can help with motivation for changing your life.



What i will be playing

For most part, i will be starting the grind with MTTs till 22$, however i expect to move up very fast. Also, i might play a little PLO hu on the side.

Ipoker

Goals

100k profit from playing poker
Eating healthier (no junk food like burgers etc.)
Working out at least 3 times a week, this includes some voleyball/basketball.
Taking at least one 20min walk everyday. ( i suck at this)
Cook at least 3 times a week (its a great hobby to have ;p )
Go on 2 vacations to europe with my girlfriend till summer
Take my GF to Australia ( she loves that country) this year.
Get a drivers licence/buy a car.
Be happy


I am aiming a little high, but with hard work it should be doable.

Time for an update:


Been doing very well last few days, have played some decent volume and run well overall. Could just wish to run better, when it really matters (FTs)


I've been eating way healthier too, making food on my own. (fun)

Have not had enough walks for sure, weather has not really been great, but i have been a bit lazy... :/

I need to buy new setup,including chair. Most likely getting 27" Imac and 13" macbook pro (for chatting, watching shows etc). I need new laptop anyways, as the old one sucks. Still not sure what kind of a chair im going to buy, if i feel good it might be aeron, not sure if i am ready to spend that much money on a chair though.


Only bad thing i can think of is my sleeping schedule, i usually go to sleep at around 5-6AM, then i wake up at 2PM have 3-5 free hours for myself.. Feels a little short.

I am definitely going to take some days off, not sure if it is better if i take 1day/week, or should i just grind for 2 months and take a week off. We'll see, i'm planning my schedule in next few days, so all should be good.

Won 10$ rebuy on party few days ago (3600$) feels gooood!


Last few days have been great, was hanging out with my girlfriend alot, taking alot of walks outside and making foood

Only thing that comes in my mind is that i have not really been to gym for around a week, but those longs walks should be good enough for now!
