Not sure about the currency thing. Did you ever figure it out? Nice pics, very scenic. Also, play regular games, not zoom, so I can play against you hahaha

11/25 & 11/26: Yesterday was awful. Reached my 3Bi stop loss, took a break, kept on loosing then at the end of the session started playing good poker again. Today was pretty good, also played the $11 heads up turbo tourney and managed to end in 5 to 8 position winning around $50.

Looks like a reg: Bluff gone wrong here, I figured 3betting with a gutshot and a backdoor nut flush draw was pretty good, and I let you talk about the rest of the hand.

Still haven't figured out about the currency thing, just sent a private message to a 2+2 user who lives in chile and maybe he has the same problem since I can find the Chilean peso currency as well.

You saying you want to play against me because I am bad? Hmm haha I'll be back to regular tables some day, don't worry.

Lol, I'm not saying I want to play against you cause you're bad. It's just fun to play against someone I know.

About the hand you said you 3bet... I don't see a 3bet anywhere in the hand. I would have played that hand differently though. Preflop was fine. But on the flop, you don't have a ton of equity if your overcards are no good (which is a safe assumption on this flop). I think you're better off just calling, because you do have a lot of turn cards that can help you. And you have the possibility to make an extremely strong hand by the river. But what happens if he 3bets you on the flop? Your hand is not strong enough to go all-in with on the flop, but I wouldn't want to be in a position where I would have to fold it. So I would just flat it, and see what the turn brings.

With the board pairing, your hand has lost most of its value. The ten, which was an out on the flop, is no longer an out since it could easily give him a boat. After he checks, I would check behind. Do you think he's folding on that turn often enough to bluff at it?

On the river, I would just let it go. Players at these limits are probably not going to be folding there enough. It's player dependent though. If you have a read/stats that give you reason to bluff there (maybe you know he would only play draws this way), then it's good. But without any knowledge, I would just give up.

I thought I'd share this with you, cause I know you had that one tough stretch. So if you ever go through that again, just reread this post lol. I was playing nl10, cause I've just been having awful luck lately, and had to drop down to rebuild. Today was the first day back at nl10. Played about 3500 hands, and I was playing pretty good poker. I had just spent all of last night going through leak buster, and analyzing my database to work on fixing my biggest leaks.

I lost 9 buyins today (in those 3500 hands). I was 5 buyins under all-in EV. I was dealt AA to JJ a total of 55 times (all together). Lost 369bb combined from those hands. Lost 202bb just from aces and kings alone. I think I only made flushes and straights maybe a couple times each. Half of them I lost to a "more-nutted" hand, and the other times couldn't get any action. Couldn't even flop anything playable most of the night. Good draws were far and few between. And even good one pair hands didn't come any easier. I flopped TPTK/TPGK only 23 times. I don't know what this should be like, but it seems low. I think this is the worst luck I've ever experienced in all my time at poker. Just thought I'd mention it to you, in case you ever go through something similar and start doubting yourself.

Hey man, really sorry to hear that. It is tough when you loose part of your bankroll and have to move down. I really hope things turn around for you, remember always having a stop loss so if one day nothing goes your way you don't risk a lot of your bankroll. Best of luck and keep your head up!

Hey there, I am sorry I haven't updated the thread. I am actually being coached and one of the exercises I am doing is not looking at my bankroll/session graph, etc. And since this thread was basically all about that I am pausing it for a little bit. But I think I will be able to look at my graph/Bankroll once a week so I might be updating the thread once a week.

Going to Canda the 9th and returning the 19th,skiing on a cool place called Baldface, I'll leave some pictures, Best of luck everyone on the tables and enjoy life!

Ah ok, seems like a good exercise. I think I look at my session profit/loss total too much while I'm playing haha. Who's your coach (if you don't mind me asking)? Just curious.. hope it goes well.

Hope you enjoy Canada. I live in Vancouver.. I've never heard of Baldface, but I assume it's one of the mountains around here?

Just arrived to Argentina finally. After fighting hours and hours in the airport. I was travelling with delta buddy passes which means if there is no room in the plane I can't get in. Guess what? Didn't entered 9 planes in a row every plane was overbooked, was in the Atlanta airport for more than a day which is not fun.
Anyways, bankroll is around : $850 ran like crap in the couple hours I played when I had time in Canada with my phone.

I Took some cool pictures of the vacation, hope you like it, updates to come ( moving to regular tables).

1/17: Ok so I really don't want to go into a lot of detail with what happened. Let me try and go for a quick summary of this last couple of months. As I said before I was being coached for the first time in my life. We had some really long sessions discussing hands, my play, etc.

After 2 weeks of coaching, I went to Canada (pictures on the bottom), didn't played poker at all. Had an awesome time there enjoyed it a lot. Bankroll was at $1100 more or less.

When I came back I started grinding again, and I wasn't feeling good about my game at all, and started down swinging hard. My bankroll went down to $750 after 2 or 3 weeks. My coach wasn't able to recognize my flaws and he was busy in a crucial time of my poker life. Bankroll hit rock bottom around $580 and finally ended my relationship with my coach, he is a great guy but he was very busy at the time, and poker wise we didn't connect very well.

It's been a week or 2 since I am no longer being coach. Bankroll is currently at $720 so let's go right? I am lacking motivation and I feel this will help me a lot with it.

Back to the grind! Starting with 2 zoom tables of NL10 ( sometimes might play 4 tables, struggling with the decision at the moment). When I hit $1k gotta hit the 25NL tables and so on. See you on my next update!

1/17: Ok, first update, awful update. Didn't play well at all, wasn't feeling good playing. Played 3 zoom tables most of the time, couldn't manage to play a lot, felt like if I kept on playing I would continue losing money. Anyways here's the graph and I'll update tomorrow.

1/19 So today played bad, got coolered a lot actually, but ran good meaning my EV line is a couple of buyin's below my actual line (Cracked AA with KK), but lost 2 times KK against AA, enough whining gotta fight the variance. My game is definetly affected by downswings, not feeling comfortable enough in a lot of spots.

Feel like I am cbetting flops and x/f lots of turns if anone has an advice with that that'd be great.

Hand 1: Interesting hand, a friend of mine told me my call pre was to loose.

1/21: What a dissapointing day, was playing great, and all of a sudden 2 coolers came in and just destroyed me. Not much to say, more updates tomorrow!

1/22: Another bad day at the office, couldn't get to 2k hands today but I am still in average above 2k hands a day. I am feeling good about my game but sometimes overbluffing a little bit, I hope it's just variance.

Hand 1: I am sometimes to tempted to go for a bluff in spots where the board is super connected and I put villain with an overpair, I will try doing that less because they are not folding a lot in that spot. Perfect example.
