Soooooooooo today is another case life getting in the way of my grinding, STUPID LIFE!! Really want to put in more hours and volume but things just keep on popping up to spoil it, it will happen sooner or later though, i can't be this busy forever!!

Played really well in the first session, made some pretty niicceee calls for stacks and then second session just pure death in 3bet pots.

Puts the month at +$2.7k and +$4k in EV, gonna stick to my word and take tomorrow morning off because the games are always ****ing shiitttttttt, so time for some GTA

Standard bull**** as always on a ****** Tuesday, i play for 500 hands and lose $1.3k, how can i possibly lose this much money every single Tuesday without fail?? Anyway got back to it today but after yesterday didn't feel much like playing for most of the day, so i sat and grinded GTA for a while, really like it now!

Just found out I'm going to be missing the Supernova freeroll this Saturday cus I'm going to some ball with my Mrs and her family Should be alright though i guess, haven't been to a ball before got a James Bond tux like a bausss

There seems to be a new trend recently, when i flop 90%+ equity i ship the other guy a buy-in haha Just worked out I've lost $1183 last 48 hours when i flopped 90%+ equity and lost every time, getting to be quite the trend tbh Really pleased that I'm actually still up money the last 48 hours after this nonsense lol Can only get better!!

wrt to my training everything seems to be coming along really nicely, i feel like I'm getting stronger by the week and I'm gaining weight steadily now I've got my diet sorted. Loving the way i'm training also, this high intensity training is really really awesome I'll be sticking with it for the foreseeable future.

Also booked a train ticket for London today, going to the Pokerstars VIP live party thing, any of you guys and gals going?

Not a specific template mate nah, like i don't eat the same meals at the same times every day, but I'm trying to get roughly 35g protein and 85-90g of carbs every single meal apart from fewer carbs right before bed when i just eat 200g cottage cheese and ~350ml milk. im sure you have 1g of protein for every pounds you weigh right? when i trained my diet was so poor because of poker also sleeping was terrible which is critical and you have a good routine i think as you post around the same time everyday!
also it doesnt have to be all poker keep it balanced imo

Yeah i follow roughly 1g/lb of weight, slightly more usually. Although there are lots of different theories on what is the optimal amount of protein to take in daily to stimulate growth. Some guys use 1g/leanlb of weight which for me would probably be somewhere around 180g instead 220g etc, whereas some others think u need any where up to 2g/lb which seems like a huge waste of money :O
Carbs are probably more or just as important to weight gain though, make sure u get enough carbs in (not pizza and crisps) if u want to gain weight.

Thanks bro, feels good to finally have good solid consistent results, i haven't really had consistency like this since i started almost 3 years ago :O So it's nice to know my game is finally getting somewhere!!
