The FourLeafClub project is going to be my journey in poker, which is going to be chronicled on my blog.
I learned to play poker as a 13 year-old when a friend of mine showed me how to play PLO online, and I was intrigued at first, then created an account at the most popular play money site in my country, and played NLHE there for three years, when the site died (at the moment I was at the top 10 players out of couple thousand).
I started watching various poker shows that aired after midnight on some local TV networks. I remember watching the coverage of the 2012 WSOP and Poker After Dark for hours and hours, even before it was exposed on YouTube, which made me catch the poker bug even more.
In 2012, with this play site dying, I started to take interest in what PokerStars has to offer, but I still didn’t have the money to play, and I wasn’t of legal gambling age, so I played a bunch of freerolls, but with school becoming a problem, I layed off poker until I was 18 years of age and started to go to College to a larger city.
My roommate at the time took me to a low-buyin live tournament in a large local casino for the first time, and that was the first live poker tournament that I won
(final table picture on the starting page of the blog).
Since then, I’ve played around 50 low-buyin MTT live tournaments and cashed about 30% of the time, making a profit.
I’ve never had a suitable online bankroll to keep up with the swings, even in the microstakes, although I did manage to turn 0.25$ to 106.75$ playing Spin n’ Go’s for 7 hours between exams, which was my first online cashout.
Two years later, I moved to a larger city, and in the meantime I spent my time studying the game by reading quality poker material, watching and analyzing poker videos and playing poker sporadically, while dealing with my studies at the same time.
Poker has always been my passion, from the first moment I’ve played it 8 years ago, and I consider myself outstandingly talented and, for my age, very experienced at various formats in NLHE, so after a long consideration, I’ve decided to try to make a real effort and go pro.

The idea behind this project is tracking an amateur poker players journey to professionalism, and it was supposed to start in January of 2017, but unfortunately my laptop broke and I was in the process of earning money for new gear.

Finally I took a loan and bought myself an adequate computer, and started playing NLHE HUSNG 4 player 3.5 dollar buyin SitnGo's, where I cashed out 120 dollars, to pay off my new computer, and the rest was killed off by a huge downswing, of which I write more on my blog.

If anybody is interested in giving me any advice, or help in any way, everything is appreciated.
I'm also in the process of looking for staking and coacing for NLHE HUSNGos primarily.
