Quaddeuce, are you still an agent? Did your (somewhat) passive income surpass what you were making from playing?
No need to answer here, but I am just to raise the potential issue of what I assume is human nature, that once you start making more monies from other avenues that are seemingly less difficult then the poker grind, it is quite a normal tendency that the brain wants to preserve its brain power and does not want to invest its energy in poker... Think back at the crypto-boom of 2017 (was it 2017...???) where so many grinders decided to become day crypto-traders overnight, right, as the swings/income of poker seemed like crumbs in comparison. In hindsight, it was quite the mistake. Taken advantage of an opportunity should definitely not be frowned upon, but for someone like myself that has been playing professionally for a decade+ and that has reached a more mature age, BRM is of UPMOST importance and I would definitely
NOT place all my eggs in the same basket - is that even the expresion!??!
Anyhow, for someone like yourself that is younger and has proven to have degen tendencies, given up on the bread and butter might be even moreso tempting...
If I am off the mark, disregard this post
