Hi
Poker background
I am what most people would call a fish. For a few years i have been depositing money to either an online account or to my live poker account when i feel like it, then when the money runs out i take a break. Then after a while the cycle repeats.
As a part of this cycle i have read quite a few books and watched some instruction videos, but never really studied any of them.
Inspiration background
Lately i have been taking life more serious. I have been working alot with my life goals, and one of these goals is to not have to work a day after 40. (i’m closing in to 30). Even though poker is not gonna be how i achieve this, it sure would help if poker made me money instead of eating it up.
Plan
My first priority is to work on my motivation and work ethic. Therefore i intend to start slowly with low volumes of daily activities. These daily activities will include actually playing the game, reviewing sessions and studying new concepts away from the table. I will most likely play more than the goals require, however the important part is that i reach the minimum every day.
Goals
2013
The rest of this year will be spent on getting into my routine before increasing volumes next year.
December
- i will play 1 hour or 100 hands 6 days every week
- i will spend 15 minutes reviewing the session
- i will spend 15 minutes every day studying other concepts
2014
This year i will increase volumes and hopefully become a winning player. A portion of potential winnings will be cashed out and put into stocks for long term bank roll building.
Goals will be updated atleast once a month. My current BR lets me play $2 NLHE online and $100 NLHE live
But enough rambling for now, time to start loosing my current BR!
