Hey,

wanted to ask you, could you elaborate a bit on the "c/c w 1p on wet board w a lot of money behind sucks" and "spr is a very important concept" things you mentioned as your a-ha moments. I mean both are somewhat obvious, im just wondering if theres something more to them that you had in mind, or are there any specific scenarios in which they pop out?

Thanks, glglgl btw, youre a sicko!!

3 fish at a 6m table MSNL table in 2012, poker not dead yet!

But ran good besides that hand and some pre setups.

Yeah the 100% minr vs 50%+ folders is super obvious, but you have to realise it at some point. It was def one of my major aha moments and really changed my game and the way I thought about poker.

I know other aha's were kinda obvious/lame/useless but it's hard to say anything useful without giving too much information to my opponents.
Anyway it's not like some oneliner would suddenly add a bb/100 to your winrate or so eh

Now day 26 out of 37 of the 2nd challenge (aiming for 5 EV bb/100, 125k hands by 1 December)

love that ice cold river.. do you except lags to "always" make a move on that river, or even general tags?

Great thread and awesome challenge. Good luck in making it!

Think you need to let 2+2 know when you're offering coaching, some of these lines are pretty impressive!

Yeah intentions didnt last too long but no 5k and the 2k games I played were good

T4s was kinda weird (maybe bad played by me) but I guess he'll have KcX or 64 sometimes, sometimes lower flush, so can't really fold river.

Yuck low volume today, but 2 set under set, KK vs AA and > 4k under EV

Life with face cards is awesome

Nice call with T8. Tough to say what is better to do with his hand OTR, I think you're more likely to turn 5x/4x into a bluff, obv you have 67/78 some % of the time and obv you also don't fold Tx or better so x/c is prob better in villain's shoes

I think c/c turn, c/f river is best play from villain. His hand is too strong to be turning into a bluff there and betting that gives you too high of a barrel frequency from a balance standpoint. If hero is a big flop floater and bets turn/river at a high % then you put some top pair+ into your turn check range.
