tables run basically all the time except for 9am-11am thursday morning or something. prime times there are like 4 1-2£ tables running and mostly 1 2-5£ game running and a few plo ones and some 1-1£

i started playing 1-1£ bc i was not rolled for 1-2£ in the beginning so i played that for like 2 days then switched to 1-2£ and kept playing 1-2. played about 15hours/day in avg. probably more. so 135hours in total.

its so soft. sometimes when 2-5 games break a few better players sit 1-2 but even then its ez money

I'm from the UK and have a good idea of the type of players you come across. When you hear some of them explain their thought processes behind a hand it's so ridiculous!

How "hot" would you say you ran?

It's obvious you have a very clear edge over the tables. It's probably +Ev to fly from Malta 1 week per month!!! Have you considered that?

i ran well i guess but not insanely hot, dunno rly. just tried to make best decisions. got a few bad beats, sucked out sometimes etc. std stuff.

1 week / month is pretty much, probably not worth the travel money i think. id rather work on my game in malta rly bc i dont rly learn much playing live and its also not as fun. was only fun when mrblonde was on the table bc the game went crazy then and hes also a funny guy.

didnt really enjoy it as much as i enjoy online poker really.

were some fun times but i prefer playing online than this donkfest for a living.

Live poker is the nuts, surprised you feel that way. Nothing like scooping huge pots and having towers of chips.

Scooping in a big stack of chips is really fun, esp if there are notes included too. But I'm siding with deepz overall, live poker is a bit boring, 20 hands/hr <1k hands/hr.

I live 15mins from the vic and have never been.

Shall I start going? Bearing in mind I have pretty much no roll to play those limits and can only play decent hours at the weekend.
