was 2 days ill so couldn’t play fulltime these days, still managed to get passed the 20k hands after 6 playing days in march, so still time to hit the 100k mark. I run like god this week so very happy about that too.

I’m very happy at the moment, it’s a crazy but positive ride sofar march, I feel this is gonna be my best month sofar (from januari best month, to februari worst month, back to march for a new best month, very logic).

Played 32000 hands so far over 9 days. so still 4k hands behind schedule but that's ok.
Tuesday night i only slept 4 hours as me and the great Hans decided to meet up wednesday-afternoon, had a great time with him and after this I went to bed early to catch up some sleep.
4 oclock thursday morning i woke up and started grinding again, around 8 oclock in the morning i was tired and went back to bed, so slept all day and wasn't fit for my coaching session with Gordon.
Instead i woke up at 7 ate dinner/breakfast dunno how to call it if you wake up during the evening. Started crushing again and now it's 4 am again. Send Gordon a video instead so i get some feedback afterall.
Plan for the weekend is to make alot of hours, but tomorrow i will give Nathy coaching first

Ok im around 50k hands now for this month. Still a bit behind schedule as we are already over half of the month, but still time to get to the 100k. I don’t make that many mistakes, and i run good this month, i had this kind of situation before in january, so let’s not get too excided about it and just try to play my A-game every day, and also just focus on a day by day play. Tomorrow I take my day off, maybe take my girlfriend to dinner, and i had a funny idea for a new song, so i might do that too tomorrow lol. Good day!

Since today i am aloud to check out 400NL, I understand I'm not good enough YET to take on the reg's there, BUT if i see a 'weak' table with a bunch of fish I will do my best to beat em all up!! Next to that I just keep my main game on 200NL/100NL, but would be nice to get an upswing on 400NL
It started with a great hand: a set over set in my favor, so lil bonus money to start with! overall the last 3 days i'm up a bit. this month sofar i played 75k hands, so 5 days to get to the 100k.
my 'student' nathy is gonna try 25NL I'm happy for him and I hope he will win also on this new level! Go nathy!!

OK new month, new challenge, planning to play alot of hours. March did end a bit in a dissapointment, but still a good month overall. Trying to play alot on 400NL and hope to get an upswing, but it was a tough first weekend, with alot of wrong rivers , who cares! i just keep playing till i get it back!

Long sit, long days, 400NL is tough, next days i’m gonna grind on 100NL and 200NL as i keep running bad on 400NL and don’t wanna loose too much lol so first add the bankroll again and try again later this week on 400NL.

Ok this week it’s going pretty well, started winning again, that always feels good also i play very focused and no signs of tilt when i get some tough beatings, so mentally i get stronger too! This weekend is gonna be a tough 1, i need to play alot of hours to keep my 1st place in the leaderboard. So gonna grind alot also I need to prepare for groupcoaching for monday, still not have a topic lol.

Time for a small update, I’m very busy these days.

As i’m into writing & entertainment, I will do some of that work too from now on. I did my first interview this week with Imachampion and had much fun doing it. I think he meant I suck at poker. lol He is an interesting character and he actually called out hans the great for a challenge. So I hope I can speak to him soon too. Could be an epic battle between these two beasts. LOL

Next to that I’m still grinding and coaching my student. I”m up 3k so far this month, but swings are pretty big. I already hitted 2 times a royal flush (1 on the flop with QT of spades) and 2 straight flushes this month, so sick, i can’t remember how long it was before i hit that!! didn’t got paid much tho.

I did loose a 2k pot, i think the biggest hand i lost so far during this program. REG UTG opens 12, MP, BU call. I squeeze from SB to 70 with AQxx. REG UTG calls, FISH BU calls too. pot around 226. reg and me 200bb deep lol (400NL), fish 100bb. FLOP AQ5hxh, i cbet 160, reg calls, fish jams 330. so pot is 876 and i have to decide i want to stick my last 570 to it. so i jam, reg calls and we are allin!! reg has 55, fish Q9hh aaaaand no A or Q on the turn or river too bad. But think i couldn’t do much anymore in this situation.

I just finished reading this thread from start to finish and it's a great thread, different than most PGC threads. You're a very process oriented player and that's the best way to approach poker. This thread is a must read for any serious poker player.

this week i run like ****, also the work + coaching + getting the hours in cost me alot of energy, so some days this week i wasn't 100% there at the tables. I still blame it mainly on the suckouts, but i could have saved a buyin or 2. Still up a bit, so not complaining, but another 10k month is far away at the moment. New upswing please!! I get better at my media job, next week i'm going to plan better, so i won't face the same problems as this week again.

In dutch I would say: "this wasn't a month to write home about". No great results. I do have an extra role now, so I have to step up my game again, so overall it was a very interesting month. Let's hope my results in June will also improve again! To start with a trip to Glasgow

I think the last 2 months I played breakeven on 400NL, but because of the rakeback June ended up ok, with 6,8k in profits.
Playing lots of hours in combination with my job for bpc, was difficult for me to handle at first, but I think I manage it pretty well now.

This month I played my first live tournament in Glasgow, overall a great experience, allthough the results were not great (busted at the end of day 1).
In the future I plan to play more live poker tournaments and as it's the WSOP I wrote a guestpost (http://cardplayerlifestyle.com/how-m...-got-to-vegas/) about my first Vegas experience, back in 2009.

The way I approached poker back in those days and now differs a lot! Hopefully next year I can play in my first WSOP!

July was not a great poker month, it was a real cool month, but not real productive. Also I got problems with combining my bpc job with playing poker myself. I was 3k up this month. Had some friends over in the 3rd week, so had a great summer in Malta, after that I went to Dubrovnik and finally meet the people from the forum. Awesome! Then, I moved to Slovenia a few days ago. I had a great time, but now I need to go back to the grind. August and September I'm going to be in "Lockdown". Will grind 24/7 and I put my bpc work on a hold, so ready to get my April results back Motivated!!

good news! I finished my 60k challenge with a epic august run!
