So played some cash in Dublin and dropped a fair bit.
Busted the main too yesterday.

On a positive note our internet is finally fixed. Gonna obv watch the game today, but tomorrow ill start grinding a ton, probably mixing in a fair bit 180s to lower the variance and finally win on my own.

Can't say I'm running the greatest since being on my own.
Changed my schedule a bit. Just playing red mtts and some lowstakes turbos and way more 180s to reduce the variance. Will grind hard the next weeks, so roll will go up in no time.

So u think being backed is only good if you dont have enough money to play the stakes you want and support yourself?

I know there are plenty of HScrushers who are being backed. Why are they being backed then?

Good question. I dunno, personally Id rather play midstakes on my own than highstakes backed. I just got backed because all the money I had was my roll and I wanted to move. If you have a decent liferoll there is really no reason to get backed imo. Because there is no pressure to earn money really fast, so you can just grind it up on your own.


And for games you are +ev but cant afford you can always sell action (and even make some money with markup)

Backed/not backed should be pretty much an entirely liferoll-based decision IMO. If you have several months' expenses in the bank plus a good sized bankroll for your stakes, no reason to be backed.

However, being backed >>>>>>>>>>>> playing underrolled or being broke.

first of all good luck wit your grind! hope u make zillions out of it! Just dropped by to say hi, and a HUGE thumbs up for the inspirational vid (people are awesome #1) with the dubstep music.

I was previously snobbing dubstep but, this track kicks the **** out of me motivationally (plus i got 2nd in a 3r/180 for $330 listening to it and watching the vid ofc!)

If you have the roll to live on for like 5 months you can even start with 100$ and be able to make enough to be able to live on. So i dont think anyone with a liferoll ever have to play underrolled.
