My plan for cash games is to do all of the following things
please critique if you think there are better ideas or these ideas are stupid

a) play at least 50k hands a month

b) play in sessions of 30 minutes and no longer

c) take at least 1 hour break between every session

d) only play a limit if I have 30 buy ins (i.e. 30X100 = 3000 BB for the limit)

e) always prepare a cup of tea before each session to aide concentration

f) use HUD from now on!

I'll post graphs in this thread, I play on FTP right now micro NL cash games

Getting a b and c to all work is almost impossible. Reverse b and c and you have a chance. 1 hour sessions with 30 min break.
