Wasn't sure about this either. Vs a reg I would probably shove turn but I didn't think I had any FE vs this guy based on his stats so maybe a fold is actually better ott as I will have a lot of value hands that will just own him if he is just barreling these board textures with his overpairs.
Tilting week. Going to the states for the next few days so won't be able to play at all. I need to find the fold button more and remember how stupid tight everyone at 50z plays...and hopefully run better. I checked PT4 and every time I 3b KK and saw a flop this week it was A high
Going to get a coaching session next week and focus on 3bet pots as the caller, feel so uncomfortable in them still.

Honestly this might even be a fold. Like its a slam dunk call if you put it in a solver sure but at 50z he probably has no bluffs on this runout 3betting from bb vs EP. I am pretty much calling hoping for a chop.
River:(68.58 BB, 2 players) A BB bets 125.46 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 77.94 BB and is all-in

(Pre 75%, Flop 87%, Turn 93%) Hero shows Q A (Three of a Kind, Aces)

H3 pretty crazy how many times I've gotten set over set this month, even though I've stopped set mining pairs under 6s
Hero raises to 2.24 BB, MP calls 2.24 BB, CO raises to 10 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 7.76 BB, fold

Another spot where obv a solver would never fold this hand but vs this villain its probably better because hes massively underbluffing. Mostly expected to see AQ here actually as I thought sets would raise the flop.

put it into a solver with what you think his ranges are, guarantee it's still a fold. try not to worry about solvers, esp when you're in games where ppl 3b <2% bb vs utg. i would fold pre, and as played snap fold river

Yeah you're right, his range is so tight and his bet sizing screams value. I really need to work on adjusting my preflop ranges to account for how strong other people's ranges are in a lot of these spots and postflop I need to think about what I can beat and what hands the heavily underbluffing population takes their lines with and find the fold button more often. The more I look at this hand the more spewy it looks and its definitely me making a bad decision and not getting coolered. I think if I can clean up spots like this is going to make a pretty significant difference in my results.
June goals
40k hands [x] (69,289)

2hrs of studying per hour of playing [ ] This one was a bit much but I did do
a lot more work off the table then usual.
Just one week into July and we've hit our monthly 20buy ins under EV in record time!
Insanely tilting month so far, I can not hit a hand in a 3bet pot, getting the nut low run outs and running into the top of villain's range every time.
Decided to try out party for a bit. 1000 hands in, -$8. Already KK vs AA twice, lost both. AA vs AKo, lost that. Ran better in other areas though and only -$8 so far, gonna stick to Party till the end of the month and see how she goes and how much rakeback I get for the amount I'm playing.
