Played one solid session today, tried to play another in the evening but ended it after a few hands because I was feeling bad and was unable to play good poker. Played nl20+nl50 regular tables as usualy.
Surprisingly my overall cash results aren't very bad at this point so I think if I keep playing at least solid poker I will end the month with a profit before rb. It would be cool even if it was an insignificant amount.

Last few days I tried to get some volume as I didn't play a lot this month. It didn't go too well... Volume should be bigger but I gave up because of the quality of my game. And the quality of my game was horrible.
The whole month was horrible. I won't play like that anymore because it won't lead me anywhere. It's pointless in the long run. I'm changing my whole session routine. Setting some serious goals for September.

Played mostly nl20 reg tables (~25k hands), about 9k hands on nl50 reg tables, ~8k on nl20 speed poker.
Also played some not tracked nl100, probably no more than 1k hands, I guess my results there were between b/e and small loser.
Played a bunch of tournaments without much succes apart from HU shootout tournaments on ipoker from which I made a nice profit.
Gambling loses overall weren't that big compared to last month's loses.
Kobe status has not been achieved, yet

Goals for september:
- no session without a warm up consisting of work out and some poker study
- serious hand history analyze after every session
- profit at least 10bb/100
- play some live poker
Nothing unachievable but I wonder how much will I be able to play when I stick to my pre and post session routine. Not much probably so I don't set myself a goal to play certain amount of hands.

I was busy with non poker related stuff this month and had little time to play. I hope to play at least an hour a day for the rest of september. I'm going to update this blog more often as well.
