What is the other baron? Blue? Green? Yellow? Not trolling here, just curious. Looks like a team or something.

Look $ in the box, pretty ridiculous day.

          MTD

Think im gonna drop HS completely just remove it from my lobby so I dont join there. Way too high risk low reward, the volume just isnt there for me to bother trying it.

Enough money in midstake zoom, with 0 risk, so it will be tedious/boring midstake grind for rest of my career till the ship sinks and then gtfo to other fields. Hopefully find something eventually that im as passionate about, but yeah for now theres enough money in the midstake zooms. Hopefully im able to stick to this, cuz obv its way more fun playing vs the better players.

Will post ridic zoom hands after im done with the day.

Seems like a waste of talent to give it up completely. Why not sell higher to where the money doesn't mean much but you still get to put hands in with the end bosses? Is it just too darn impossible to get a seat with some none elite regs and/or a fish at the table so that you can sell?

Surely playing three handed with Baron + one other elite reg isn't the only alternative.

Gl either way, you obviously have a very nice print available to you in the 500z. But I doubt that will satisfy you for long.

What's the point in selling for a game where you have very little edge just to play that game, when you can grind 500z with a clearly big edge and much higher hourly? Online poker won't be around forever so you have to pick your spots carefully.

that was the point, stop being pedantic lol

Also OP I don't believe you are really going to stay at MSNL - you seem too ambitious (and courageous) to stay there. It seems that your heart wants the HS's whilst your brain wants to play lower lol

I'll give you an analogy - why don't every Premier League megastar go to asia or saudi arabia to chill in a much more lax environment where they're by far the best player of their league and make 10x what they do in England?

Don't see what's weird with thinking the higher games are more stimulating and thus worth pursuing for the sake of both the fun and your development. Money argument aside.

          /End derail for me.

Haha no aggresive tone. You simply quoted "its more fun" when there is obviously a lot more to it than that. That's a pretty ****ty anaolgy and misses the point completely. The extra utility gained from playing & living in England is way more than the utility earned from the extra money, given the fact they're all multi millionaires already.

I'm not denying that playing higher games is more stimulating, of course it is. However pursuing stuff for "fun" as a poker player is a pretty backwards way to look at things. Not sure how you can put the "money argument" aside when that is literally all there is to it as a poker player. Unless jake wants to have the most fun possible, then sure, go battle otb etc at high stakes I'm sure he will have a great time.

You could be a couple of shots at 25/50 away from breaking through to the high stake games.

Just look at Linuslove, he was battling it out at 5/10-10/20 for ages before breaking through recently an winning huge in the 2/400 Perkins games.

Good luck with whatever route you take
